Rated 1 out of 5 by from Pretty but... The spray nodule did not sit flush within the faucet base. For the amount we paid for this faucet, we should not encounter these issues.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful faucet from a name you can trust! Love this Delta Trinsic faucet! The champagne gold color is gorgeous and looks very high-end. It feels solid and sturdy, and the handle turns on and off super smoothly. The pull-down sprayer works great, and installation was easy- my husband had no trouble at all. Definitely recommend!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quality you can trust! I’m currently in the process of remodeling my entire kitchen, and this faucet fits beautifully into my design plans. The quality is immediately noticeable—the faucet feels solid, substantial, and extremely well made. The finish is smooth and consistent, giving it a truly high-end, luxurious look. I’m planning on using gold fixtures throughout my kitchen, and although this finish is technically champagne bronze, it works extremely well with that aesthetic. The tone is warm and elegant and blends seamlessly with other gold elements without clashing. The pull-down feature operates smoothly and feels sturdy, and the overall height and reach will be ideal as I switch to a single-bowl sink. Delta is a brand you can trust when it comes to craftsmanship and reliability, and this faucet definitely reflects that reputation. It’s both functional and visually striking and will elevate the overall look and feel of my kitchen.

The hot water for the faucet only gets warm.  Any suggestions?

Asked by: SoCalGuy
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! Please gather towels, a 5 GAL bucket, or a large bowl. 1. Unscrew the wand from the hose and check the inside of the wand for debris. With the wand removed, point the hose into the drain and turn the faucet on for 1 minute to flush the hose. *Please do not release the hose with the wand removed or it may retract into the faucet.* 2. Turn the handle to the off position, gather towels and place the bucket or large bowl under the sink, disconnect the hose assembly from the gray PEX tube. 3. Turn the water on and flush the PEX tube for 1 minute, turn the water off, and re-connect the hose. 4. Turn the water on and check for leaks. If you are still experiencing a low flow, the inlet tubing may need to be flushed. 1. Please shut off both hot AND cold water supplies. 2. Remove the COLD water line and point the line into the bucket. 3. Turn the HOT water on and allow the water to flow into the bucket for about a minute. 4. Turn the HOT water back off and install the cold water line correctly. 5. Remove the HOT water line and point the line into the bucket. 6. Turn the COLD water on and allow the water to flow into the bucket for about a minute. 7. Turn the COLD water back off and install the hot water line correctly. We appreciate your inquiry. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Best Regards, Kyra Digital Communications Specialist

The faucet sometimes drips continually when turned off using the solenoid valve (by touch).  We suspect the solenoid valve needs to be replaced but can’t find the part anywhere.  What is the part number and where can I order it?

Asked by: Frank
Hello Frank, Thank you for contacting us. We apologize for your drip when touched off from your Delta touch faucet and I am more than happy to assist you today. The leak when off you are experiencing appears to be caused by debris within the solenoid assembly. We recommend doing a flush on your electronic components. Please follow the below steps to resolve your drip: 1. Put the handle in the off position. 2. Remove the blue clip that is attached to the top of the solenoid assembly below the sink. 3. Pull the solenoid off of the faucet connection. Remove the debris screen in the top connection if able and clear any debris with tweezers or a q-tip. 4. Set a bucket under the pex supply line that is exposed. 5. Place the handle in the on position and allow it to run water for 2 full minutes. This will clear the supply line out of any debris. 6. Put the handle back into the off position. 7. Reconnect the solenoid to the faucet and clip it back into place. 8. Now remove the bottom clip from the solenoid where the hose connects and pull the hose off. 9. Turn the water back on for an additional 2 minutes to clear the solenoid assembly of any remaining debris. 10. Reconnect the hose and clip it into place again. Once that is finished, turn the water on to the faucet and run it for 15 seconds. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. Best Regards, Skyler

Asked by: Nick

how do I disasemble this clogged faucet head? thank you

Asked by: konrad
Hello konrad, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! I am sorry this information was not readily available on our TRINSIC® Single Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Limited Swivel MODEL#: 9159-ARLS-DST, and I am happy to help you! We recommend flushing the unit and checking for where the blockage is located, To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. Please contact us back with any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole
