Rusted at the magnetic connector. We have had this for less than 3 years and the part that magnetically holds the hose in place has rusted and caused it to fail.

Great Customer Service and Product
We bought this faucet because of the touch technology and the clean look. After quite a few years we noticed the spray handle not clipping back on as well. I went to the Delta website to find parts and after asking a question on the site was quickly greeted by their customer service rep named Kelley. Kelley asked a few questions and found my faucet was under warranty. I was sent the replacement parts and was able to repair the faucet with no problem. I can’t remember the last time I received such good customer service. I wanted to write this review because I wanted to let others know how well I was treated by this company. Thank you Kelley and thank you Delta for backing your faucet!

Hi there! I am interested in this tap. However, I live in Singapore and from what I understand, the threader/connector/adaptor is not the same size. Is there an adaptor you can send along with this to help with installation in Singapore?
What is the "optional escutcheon? We have this kitchen faucet without the pull down sprayer. Is it possible to install a new neck only with the pull-down sprayer?

A replacement limited swivel spout assembly is available as part number RP100623, but this is not designed to fit other faucet models.

The pulldown sprayer on my Trinsic kitchen faucet is partially clogged. Can you send me a new one

It is possible this issue can be resolved by cleaning the product. I would like you to try soaking the product in a 50/50 solution of water and white distilled vinegar. This could break up any possible calcium buildup inside.

What material is the pull down nozzle made of?
An earlier Delta rep said that all the pull down faucets had a metal wand, hence the magnet lock . . . And that all pull out faucets had the plastic head. I think Bryan may be mistaken

What is the diameter of the spout on this faucet? MODEL#: 9159-BLLS-DST
Does the control for the sprayer toggle both on and off? Or do you need to shut the faucet off in order to stop the spray?

The wand assembly will only switch between stream and spray modes. The faucet will need to be turned off by the handle to stop the flow.
