The water stream is very low. We've tried soaking the head to clean out but this doesn't improve the flow. The plumber adviced we contact delta to request the tool so we could remove/replace the head filter.

We just got this at Home Depot and installed it. It works ok but has some issues. It turns on automatically at random times. It doesnt turn on at times when touching it all over either. Then it will just start working. Not very repeatable

Asked by: DDog
Hi DDog, Please accept our sincere apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to assist you in resolving this issue! The issue would be caused by the faucet installation not being sufficiently grounded or insulated and this affects the touch signal. Place the battery pack flat on the ground 2" from the wall. Separate any wires from pipes, other wires, the sink, and anything metal. Adjust the clip down on the faucet shank. Check that the faucet shank is not touching the counter. The switch between spray and stream is getting very hard to click between the two and gets stuck with a weird combination of both. Is there a replacement for this switch or a way to clean it up and make it work better?

Asked by: Zack
Hi Zack, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9159T-AR-DST-R. The issue may be caused by a buildup of mineral deposits. We recommend soaking the sprayer in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water, then rinsing. If the issue remains, the RP64069AR sprayer assembly may need to be replaced. Please contact us directly for further assistance or if you have any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist

Can this faucet be installed with the handle to the left? If not, is there another pull-down faucet that can be plumbed this way? I have a competitor's faucet and it could be modified to operate left handed.

Asked by: Lefty
Hi Lefty, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9159T-AR-DST-R. Because the spout rotates 360 degrees, the faucet can be installed with the handle on the left. But, the indicator light for the Touch2O feature would then be on the back of the faucet. The handle motion would also be reversed. Unfortunately, the faucet is not designed for left-handed use, but the Touch2O would help to make the faucet more convenient to use, even with the handle on the right side. Faucet models without Touch2O, and with handles that move both front and back, such as model 9178-AR-DST, can be installed with the handle on the left, switching the water supplies, to operate the same as with the handle on the right. Please reach out if you have any additional questions! Best Regards, Bryan Digital Communications Specialist

The faucet turns on and off fine but ours has a hard time producing hot water. When you select hot, it will run until the water actually gets hot. Once it's warms up, the faucet shuts off. You have to move it to a cooler setting for it to turn on.

I have the Trinsic faucet with touch control. I love this unit and it has performed perfectly for about two years. However, it recently developed a drip only when the faucet valve is open for touch mode. If I close the valve it does not drip.

Asked by: Nancy
Hi Nancy, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! It is possible that a flush could resolve this issue with the TRINSIC® Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet (Recertified) MODEL#: 9159T-AR-DST-R. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shut-off valve and place the line into a bucket. Open the handle to the fully open middle position, and then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and repeat with the second line. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Kelley Digital Communications Specialist
