Love this faucet
I previous had a Touch2 and VoiceIQ then moved. I just replaced the existing faucet in the new house with a Trinsic 9159TV-DST. After an issue with the VoiceIQ module and outstanding support from Delta I’m back in love. The Touch2 feature is outstanding and so natural to use and the VoiceIQ enables me to leave the measuring cup in the cabinet. It’s really is the next step in faucets and friends who used our previous faucet said when they went home they often kept touching their faucet to turn the water off were disappointed it didn’t turn off. Highly recommended these faucets.

It worked great but now not so much
We had this for 3 years and we have loved it. Unfortunately, the magnetic part has rusted out and now it dangles just like the other review. I hope there is a way to fix this. We paid A LOT of money for this and expected the batteries to die not the actual faucet. We have never replaced the batteries yet.

Delta Faucet 9159TV-DST is Half Great. The hardware is good. However, I bought this very expensive faucet for the software. Recently, on Sunday, it WOULD NOT TURN ON no matter what I did. "Consierge service" the only customer service, is only available M-F normal work hours. So, i had to use my bath's tap! Finally, my phone would turn it on.. Delta earlier had told me their VoiceIQ technology currently IS NOT WORKING. Having said this, WHEN IT WORKS, I at least love the Touch technology, and its beautiful.

Don't bother: works sporadically
This faucet is not worth the effort. Turns on by itself and refuses to go on at other times. The battery needs to be replaced often. The whole faucet is touchable so every sponge wipe triggers it.

Why is there a long delay between my voice command and faucet operation?
Voice commands must travel to a few different points in the cloud before being sent to your device. Variables such as natural language processing, internet traffic, and server load can cause variations in the amount of time for your device to respond to a command. In some cases, commands may take a few seconds to execute.

Why did my dispense not completely fill?
It may be because the 4-minute timeout occurred before the requested volume was reached. If the faucet handle was not in a full flow position, try again with a higher flow rate. Around 7 gallons is the largest volume.

Hello, My water shuts off when I use the handle, but it still drips when I shut it off via touch. It worked perfectly for 5 months and now it is giving me issues. Any thoughts on why this is happening and what can be done to stop the dripping.

The issue is likely caused by debris trapped in the solenoid valve. To first troubleshoot, we recommend resetting the solenoid, cleaning the filter, and flushing.
Reset by removing the lid from the battery box for 2 minutes. Clean the filter at the top of the solenoid by unscrewing or using tweezers to remove the filter.
To flush the solenoid keep the handle in the off position. Remove the clip that is attached to the braided hose on the bottom of the solenoid. After the hose is removed, place a bucket under the solenoid, and then open the handle. It's helpful to have someone control the handle while the other person is in the cabinet with the bucket.

I purchased one of these about 3 years ago. It has functioned great, but right where the faucet neck meets the head something appears to have rotted out inside the neck and the head no longer sits properly. Is there a way to repair this?

We have this touch-based faucet for over 3 years - pretty happy with it. Recently it started dripping. One drop every 10 seconds when handle is opened, but water flow blocked electronically. When handle shut - no dripping. How we fix it?

How is the faucet flow rate for the 9159TV-DST controlled. My handles will not move IN, BUT remain "locked" all of the way out.

The faucet flow rate is controlled by moving the handle to the right, away from the faucet. When the handle is vertical, the water flow should be off.
If the handle is not moving correctly, I first recommend checking that the handle is correctly installed. See here:
