Love this faucet
I previous had a Touch2 and VoiceIQ then moved. I just replaced the existing faucet in the new house with a Trinsic 9159TV-DST. After an issue with the VoiceIQ module and outstanding support from Delta I’m back in love. The Touch2 feature is outstanding and so natural to use and the VoiceIQ enables me to leave the measuring cup in the cabinet. It’s really is the next step in faucets and friends who used our previous faucet said when they went home they often kept touching their faucet to turn the water off were disappointed it didn’t turn off. Highly recommended these faucets.

It worked great but now not so much
We had this for 3 years and we have loved it. Unfortunately, the magnetic part has rusted out and now it dangles just like the other review. I hope there is a way to fix this. We paid A LOT of money for this and expected the batteries to die not the actual faucet. We have never replaced the batteries yet.

Delta Faucet 9159TV-DST is Half Great. The hardware is good. However, I bought this very expensive faucet for the software. Recently, on Sunday, it WOULD NOT TURN ON no matter what I did. "Consierge service" the only customer service, is only available M-F normal work hours. So, i had to use my bath's tap! Finally, my phone would turn it on.. Delta earlier had told me their VoiceIQ technology currently IS NOT WORKING. Having said this, WHEN IT WORKS, I at least love the Touch technology, and its beautiful.

Don't bother: works sporadically
This faucet is not worth the effort. Turns on by itself and refuses to go on at other times. The battery needs to be replaced often. The whole faucet is touchable so every sponge wipe triggers it.

How do you adjust the dispensed water temperature?

Thank you for your inquiry! You can direct it to warm up the water. The water will run until it reaches a warm temperature of 95°F. Please note the faucet handle must be set to a “hot” position for this to work. A four-minute timeout will override this function if the water does not reach the target temperature within this timeframe. Our Delta Faucet Trinsic® VoiceIQ™ Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Chrome MODEL#: 9159TV-DST can turn your faucet on and off using the voice commands "Ask Delta to turn on" and "Ask Delta to turn off" as well as using your custom container commands or metered dispensing commands. The faucet may dispense water in the following units: ounces, cups, pints, quarts, gallons, liters and milliliters and you may also ask for fractions such as a 1/4 cup or 2 1/2 cups.

My sprayer head has problems functioning but the unit itself is in great shape. Can i purchase only the head of the sprayer?

Yes, a replacement sprayer is available as part number RP64069. I would recommend soaking the sprayer in 50/50 white vinegar and water to help remove mineral deposits that may be causing the issue.

The faucet has a euro-motion style handle. This means that the handle pulls out to the side to turn the water on and points toward you to control the water temperature.

I have installed it and I hooked it up to the WiFi but then we had to switch are WiFi and it won’t let me re hook it to the new WiFi, how do I fix this?

Thank you for your question! I do apologize that you are having a concern changing this faucet to your new internet service provider, and we will be happy to help you.
If a new router is installed or a new provider is used, then the device will need to go back through the initial setup process.
To do this, unplug the cable connecting the voice module to the faucet solenoid. Plug the cable back in and you should see the green LED start blinking. Within two minutes, change your phone/tablet WiFi settings to connect to the voice module (DELTA-XXX). Open a browser and enter 10.10.10.1 into the URL. Once the SSID and password have been entered, you may exit the setup.

We bought this faucet and find it odd that to make the water hot you pull it toward you, and to make it cold you push it away. Is it supposed to be like that? It seems to the the opposite of most faucets.

The Delta Faucet model 9159TV-BL-DST Trinsic VoiceIQ kitchen faucet can be operated by touch during a power outage using the attached battery pack.
To convert the faucet to only manual use, you would need to get under the sink. Either uninstall the solenoid valve or disconnect the power supplies while the faucet is running.

To change your batteries, please locate the battery box under your sink. You will see a wire at the top of the cap and tabs on each side. Push the tabs in and pull the cap off. Pull the inside piece out of the box and change your batteries.
If you are wanting to purchase the A/C Adapter, you can find it online or you may purchase through us over the phone. Please keep in mind, we still recommend to keep the batteries in.

Our Delta Faucet Delta TRINSIC® VoiceIQ™ Single-Handle Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O® Technology In Arctic Stainless MODEL#: 9159TV-AR-DST has a couple of ways we can advise to make manual, If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube or the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. These directions are in the M&Is, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily. This is the least preferred method.
