Magnet misplaced
When the faucet was installed the pull down nozzle was misaligned when it went back into place. The solution was a new magnetic piece instead of a new faucet, which we are still waiting on (one week out) hopefully their solution will work!

Nice and sleek
This kitchen faucet is simple and sleek. It’s lightweight and the water flow and pressure is great. The chrome fi ish is nice and I’ve used the Delta products in the past and they are very durable.

High quality option for kitchen faucet
This Delta Stryke Pull-Down Faucet is a well made and stylish option. I wanted something sleek and long lasting, and my husband was able to install it without a lot of difficulty (minus the defective faucet head, which created some headaches for him). I did have to give it a 4 star because my initial faucet sink head had a manufacturing issue and wouldn’t spray any water at all, which was frustrating given we had to wait for a few days for a replacement to come in. However, the care we received through Delta was top notch customer service (shout out Brandi) and she helped us troubleshoot and get a working faucet head ASAP. Delta offers video chatting, install assistance, and has a strong warranty on their product. The reach on the faucet is really good and we are impressed with the magnetization of the faucet head- it fits perfectly. There is some smudging visible on the finish, so if you are someone who is bothered you might want to opt for a stainless steel finish. We have just been wiping it down every few days without issue and it looks fresh and new. I received this product in exchange for my honest feedback and review- the opinions are all my own.

Hate this faucet.
Handle constantly comes off. I hate the sprayer as there are gaps in it. If I had known this I would have never purchased it . What is the purpose of the aerated stream?? Our builder has already fixed it once and Miller plumbing had fixed it once. Last night it came off again. So frustrating!! At least I am able to put it back on.

Very modern and great water pressure
We installed the delta kitchen faucet successfully. We took off a star because it was a bit difficult to install and didn’t find the instructions very detailed. Overall though, it’s beautiful and it’s been a great addition to the kitchen. It has great water pressure and it has been great to use so far

The faucet intermittently wont work. Even if you try and use it manually. If you wriggle the wires connected to the battery, it may or may not start working again.....Shouldnt it still work the "old fashion way" if the battery back is broke?

Can this faucet be adjusted to be a normal on/off faucet without the touch function? I assume by bypassing the solenoid. If so, please explain how to do so. We would just like to completely remove the touch option.

To bypass your Touch20 faucet, please refer to the information below!
Gather some towels for excess water.
1. Turn the handle to the off position.
2. Clear the area under your sink and remove the c-clip attached to the faucet shank.
3. Flip the clip from the top of the solenoid off of the hose.
4. Remove the blue or black clip on the bottom of the solenoid.
5. Hold on to the hose attached to the top of the solenoid and pull the solenoid off.
6. Pull the hose off of the bottom of the solenoid.
Once you remove these parts, connect the hose to the faucet connection and use the blue or black clip to hold it in place. Pull down gently to verify the connection is secure.

I'm looking for a kitchen faucet with a deck plate of at least 10.5-11 inches long to cover holes in an older Kohler sink. Will the Stryke model deck plate (10.75 inches) work with the Cassidy kitchen faucet?

Our Delta Faucet Stryke® Single Handle Pull Down Kitchen Faucet In Chrome MODEL#: 9176-PR-DST and all of our faucets have the same hose length, however the lower the spout, the less faucet the hose has to pass through. The hose RP80522 that is included with this faucet is 62" in length.

I'm having trouble threading the replacement sprayer hose through the MODEL#: 9176 faucet. Is there a trick to this? It gets stuck about 13" from where the sprayer attaches. Does the neck come off where it swivels to make this easier?
