Love the one touch feature!
Love the one touch feature. The motion feature is a bit tougher to get used to. I reach for something and get my arm or wrist splashed by surprise! Or the water turns off while I'm rinsing something. Just some getting used to / training on my side!

Not hands free as stated-broke in one week.
Product looks nice but we installed and used for one week and solenoid went out already, which means remove all parts under sink and remove the one feature I wanted-touch less faucet.

Great Faucet, Meh on Touchless!
I’ve been using the Delta Leland faucet with touchless technology for approximately a month and so far it has been a great addition to our kitchen. The faucet installation took about an hour. We had to troubleshoot a couple of issues, with one being able to tighten the faucet down with the small space we had to work with underneath. This faucet style is on the traditional side but blended well with our kitchen. The feature I liked the most was the ability to touch the faucet anywhere on the handle or neck to turn it off and on. This makes it easier to clean dirty hands and reduce contamination when handling certain foods. This technology is possible due to a battery pack with 6 AA batteries that is stored underneath the sink. My biggest concern is how often I would have to change the batteries. I wish they had a rechargeable battery pack instead. I was not able to successfully turn this faucet on and off using the touchless technology by placing my hand within 4 inches of the faucet surface. I also noticed that you must do a tap to turn on the faucet. If I place my entire hand around the faucet, it doesn’t turn off or on. Overall, I love the concept of this faucet but feel like the technology can use some modifications.

Do any of your touchless kitchen faucets come with Polished Nickel. We are going with the Traditional Wall Mounted Pot Filler in Polished Nickel and wanted to have faucets (we will have main sinks) that match.

How do i locate the set screw on the faucet handle. It may be under the little insert with the hot and cold labels> If so, how do I remove the hot and cold label?
How can I get a replacement or repair for my Leland faucet the magnet has rusted off and now the handle no longer work, its just hanging into the sink and I have to lift it up to use it.

My Leland Touchless Kitchen Faucet with Touch Technology is dripping after I use the touch or touchless feature. The drip stops if I manually move the handle to the closed position. Can you tell me what part I need to replace to stop the dripping?

We currently have - Delta Faucet Essa Touch 9113T-RB-DST but the magnet inside quickly rusted, broke and fell out. Instead of constantly replacing the magnet in a clearly defective design, has this one been redesigned to avoid this issue?

Is this model made of zinc or brass? The WIDE range of prices for this exact model make me wonder if some are zinc and some or brass, and I've read zinc some places and brass others. Please advise

A price range may depend on whether different models have Touch2O or Touch2O with touchless technology.
The faucet includes both brass and zinc parts. The handle is a zinc-based metal and the bonnet nut is brass. In our faucets with Diamon Seal Technology, the water does not come into contact with metals inside the faucet.
