Head will not retract after being pulled down
Just installed this in a kitchen remodel and am disappointed that the sprayer will not retract when pulled down. I see now that another customer reported the same issue. The weight that is supposed to clamp onto the hose is both too light and does not clamp. There is no mechanism in the weight to cause it to hold tight to the hose and even if there was, I doubt it is heavy enough to cause the sprayer to fully retract. Disappointed that a faucet at this price point can't get this simple detail right.

Bad head retraction from
Head does not seat into the neck properly and the neck wobbles in place. The weight is not enough to retract the head once it is extended. Very poor performance after less than a month’s use.

Really Nice Faucet

Sleek Design
The faucet design looks sleek and elegant. The reach is excellent, and I really like that I can detach it to rinse around the sink. The water pressure could be a little better. Also, it was a bit difficult to install because it took some time to twist the faucet into place. Overall, I looks nice and durable.

Nice faucet!
First, the likes: the silhouette of this and the look of it. I like this brand they typically have quality products. The pressure on this is much better than my last faucet!
Dislikes: the sprayer. There are 2 different options of sprayers and I don’t care for either. I am a traditional sprayer kind of girl. The way it comes out on either option doesn’t really get the job done when it comes to getting the stuck on food you want to blast off. I still have to get used to the side handle and adjusting as needed. Not as easy as typical ones. Although pretty looking..not sure I will keep it.

The weight was installed as per p.8 of the installation guide - weights sits at the bottom of the loop made by the hose. But when the pull-down is used, the hose just hangs down and does not retract or redock. Is this normal? Is this by design?

Installed but hot water will barely come and it ppulsates

Reduced flow in our Delta Faucets is typically caused by debris. If only one side is affected, there is debris in the supply line. To flush the supply line, first shut off the hot and cold-water supply. Remove the hot supply line from the shutoff valve and place the line
into a bucket. Open the handle to the middle position, fully open, then turn the cold supply back on for one minute. The cold water should flow through the faucet and out the hot supply tube. Reconnect the supply line and turn on both supplies. Check flow from the faucet. If this does not help, please let us know.

Hi. I just installed this and the gooseneck swivel is very loose. No friction at all. Is there a way to tighten it or is it broken?

Emmeline kitchen faucet, not Touch technology. How do I remove the plug on the handle collar. I think I need to slightly tighten the nut to stop a tiny drip but I can not tell if the plug is threaded or has some other way of cover the hole.

This hose should just rest at the bottom loop of the hose, which helps hold the hose when docked. We do not have any kitchen faucets with a retractable hose.

The base plate for the 9182 AR PR DST requires three holes in the countertop. Can the two outside legs be removed so only one hole is cut in the quartz countertop?

Newly installed May 2022. Flow slows to a trickle after approx 1 min of continuous running - isolated it to the head by removing it and repeating test (no trickle). What is causing the flow to slow and how do I fix it?

Thank you for contacting us, We apologize for the issue with the pressure. I would be happy to help you.
To flush the unit, we recommend the following:
Start with the easy stuff:
Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed.
If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is.
Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow.
If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet.
Next, check the supply lines for debris:
Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines.
Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water.
Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket.
Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
