Rated 3 out of 5 by from Too much work to use touch aspect The quality of the faucet is excellent. It's durable and it'll last a long time. The handle is quite stiff but I'm hoping it loosens up with time. What I didn't know about it when I bought it, is that you have to leave the handle turned on for the "touch" aspect to work. And you have to actually touch it, not just wave past it, which is what I had specified when I ordered it from the showroom. I bake and get my hands completely covered in dough so the wave aspect is what works best for me. Now I have to remember to have the handle in the "on" position before I start baking, pull my sleeves all the way up so my skin touches the faucet. Then I have to remember to turn the faucet handle off so it doesn't keep using electricity to keep the touch aspect ready to use. And what if it had a drip or something, then it would just keep dripping until I remembered to turn it off. Just a lot to think about and not worth it for me. Too late to return it now that it's installed. Frustrating.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great mid priced option with style Had this faucet installed as part of a kitchen renovation. I avoided any electronic sensors as it seemed to be another thing that could go wrong. So far I'm very impressed with the performance. It's my first experience with a pull down sprayer and I will say that the function and ease of use is far superior to any traditional side sprayer/ 3 hole set I've had before. The Delta magnetic locking feature works great every time and the weighted hose feed hasn't hung up yet. General quality seems very good with a solid feel to the controls. The simple lines fit well with our pre-war kitchen; looks great!

How do I turn off touch activation

Asked by: Klll
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! To remove the touch activation, you will need to bypass the faucet. Please make sure the handle is turned to the off position. Gather some towels for excess water. 1. Turn the handle to the off position. 2. Clear the area under your sink and remove the c-clip attached to the faucet shank. 3. Flip the clip from the top of the solenoid off of the hose. 4. Remove the blue or black clip on the bottom of the solenoid. 5. Hold on to the hose attached to the top of the solenoid and pull the solenoid off. 6. Pull the hose off of the bottom of the solenoid. Once you remove these parts, connect the hose to the faucet connection and use the blue or black clip to hold it in place. Pull down gently to verify the connection is secure. We appreciate your inquiry.. Please reach out directly if you have further questions! Best Regards, Kyra Digital Communications Specialist
