Disappointment in Delta, Champagne Bronze
This faucet is a total disappointment. I needed two, and both arrived with very uneven finishes in the Lumicoat Champagne Bronze. The base looked correct but the entire neck was an uneven mix leaning towards brushed nickel. I already had my plumbers scheduled for finish out so I was stuck with the faucets. The plumbers agreed the finish was very uneven. Next, the head does not retract fully after using the hose. In our cheap Glacier Bay did that. This one hangs down a few inches (or more) and you have to manually rocking each time. Thirdly, the mist option designed to minimize spray does the opposite. It creates a spray that goes everywhere and I have to wipe down my counters and cabinets afterwards. Totally disappointed in these faucets.

Nice unit, instructions unusable.
Looks and works great. If you have a reasonably modern one you are replacing, you will find it pretty easy to install, but the instructions were pretty useless. They tried to cover so many possible installation scenarios at once that I couldn’t make sense of them. This was made further difficult by making the print so small that a magnifying glass was required. But, as I said, it was pretty obvious how it goes. Make sure you keep the installation tool when you’re done.

Faulty hose that Ruptures
I own 3 of these because I have 3 sinks in my kitchen. I have had two leaks in my basement due to these faucets. The first one started to leak with a hole in the hose and Delta gave us a new one. Now the two other ones are doing the same. We will never buy Delta again. Instead of replacing the hose, we are just going to rip these out and by another brand.

I didn’t think I’d love a faucet this much!
This faucet creates the perfect water stream for every situation. It offers 3 different water sprays, including my favorite which is a flat stream that is PERFECT for cleaning extra food out of our sink as well as getting in to the small crevices of a glass. The pressure is the perfect amount to really blast away food. I didn’t think that I would like a sink this much. The outer of the sink also has an anti smudge feature that keeps the faucet looking clean. By anti smudge, I mean that I can grab the sink with wet hands and it will try with no finger prints. I am jot sure how this technology works, but I love that my faucet is always looking clean. Lastly, this is just a sexy looking faucet. It is chrome and sleek and is a fantastic addition to my kitchen.

This product is part of a campaign through Influenster. Just finished installing this beautiful faucet by Delta. I love the Lumicoat feature to eliminate fingerprints and make cleaning a breeze. The faucet has a lifetime warranty on it for parts, and is very solid and durable. I also love the pull down feature for assisting in cleaning my sink. This is a great product from Delta and we are very pleased with it.

Easy install works fine
Opened box and everything is there to install. You will need someone to hold farcet on sink while fighting the nut to secure it to sink. Hot and cold cables labeled. One installed and water connections are done. You can now turn water on and test it. The spray head comes out easy and great to clean sink. Turning the water on, hot and cold takes time to get use to. You do not loose pressure using this.

Delta Atctic stainless faucet
I got to try out this Delta Faucet, single handle pull down. It is Arctic stainless, love how fancy it looks. And love that there are three different water dispenser settings. What I don’t like is that one of the water settings feels like it should be stronger water pressure and it’s not. And that the head of the faucet doesn’t fully retract back. But it’s very nice overall.

How do I turn off touch activation
Hello Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company!
To remove the touch activation, you will need to bypass the faucet. Please make sure the handle is turned to the off position.
Gather some towels for excess water.
1. Turn the handle to the off position.
2. Clear the area under your sink and remove the c-clip attached to the faucet shank.
3. Flip the clip from the top of the solenoid off of the hose.
4. Remove the blue or black clip on the bottom of the solenoid.
5. Hold on to the hose attached to the top of the solenoid and pull the solenoid off.
6. Pull the hose off of the bottom of the solenoid.
Once you remove these parts, connect the hose to the faucet connection and use the blue or black clip to hold it in place. Pull down gently to verify the connection is secure.
