Took me a while to get used to but it’s great!
I really like this faucet! It took a while for me to get used to since it’s touch activated but once I finally did it’s really easy. My one complaint is that it turns on sometimes when I move my hand somewhere by the on/off handle. It always surprises me and gets my arm soaked. Overall I really like the faucet and would recommend it!

Would not purchase
The installation of this faucet was pretty easy - great detailed instructions were included, which is nice. That being said, I don’t care for the functionality 😐
Pros:
- Looks nice
- Easy to install
Cons:
- The “touch” sensor is pretty sensitive. The instructions say the faucet can tell the difference between a tap or touch and a “grab.” This is not the case. I’ve had the water turn off while I’m using it and on when I’m just trying to move it out of the way - this is very annoying. I’ve switched to using the handle exclusively to turn it on or off, which also renders the convenient touch function not only useless, but it actually hinders my efficiency since it’ll still turn on or off if I accidentally touch any part of the faucet.
- The sprayer does not automatically go back into its holder as it’s supposed to. It gets all the way, but stops short of actually lodging in the holder as intended. I even added a second weight to the piping and it still doesn’t return as normal. This is also very annoying.
Overall, I will keep it installed but remove the batteries for the touch function and just deal with having to manually return the sprayer to its proper location. This is not a product I would recommend others to buy.

This is a NICE brand and a fancy faucet. It’s touch less and is built sturdy with new technology. It’s a stainless steel color and very elegant. We love our new Delta Faucet

This sink turns off on its own after not being use
I received this product complimentary from Influenster for my review. I love the design of this faucet! The installation was super easy to do ourselves. It turns off after not being used for a little while. I like that but wish the sensor worked a little better at detecting me still rinsing something. Other than that super convenient!

Just had it installed. The material seem to be very high-quality. It replaced a Delta faucet which did not have the sensor. I was a little worried about difficulty of installation since it has a sensor, but it was pretty straightforward and the sensor works with no issues. Overall, it’s a really nice faucet made out of premium materials with futuristic qualities. Basic installation Knowledge is required.

Nice and convenient upgrade to a standard faucet.
Installation was pretty straight forward. It is easier to install with two people. The water flows nicely and love that the LED light indicates hot and cold. Hot for red, and then blue for cold, which is such a cool feature and love that this is touchless. The counterweight provided was insufficient to retract the hose, which is why I am giving this 4/5 stars, but overall the sink is awesome!

Great upgrade to your kitchen sink!
Installation took several hours but once it was working it has been an amazing upgrade to our kitchen. The motion sensor is good but the faucet always has to be on. The different spray settings are awesome. So happy with the new faucet!

Perfect Faucet
Wow, wow, wow!! This is an amazing faucet! Installation was easy. Fit and finish are top quality. Water flow is amazing, power spray is on another level. Quality of this product should prove that durability and maintenance should not be worried about.
Of note, as I feel it’s important, this unit is designed to be flushed mounted to a single hole sink or counter top. There is a deck plate available for it, however; it is not included in the package and costs $160 if you want it. The price of this unit is high enough that it should be included in the package.

Product is great I installed it when I first open the box it’s seemed like a lot of stuff to hookup but once I started it was a very easy install the water pressure is great and love the fact it has 3 different spray settings and it also easy to clean witch is a plus in my book and it’s built well seems like it will last a while

The perfect faucet
This is amazing quality faucet my boyfriend I installed it in our condo kitchen which took a few hours but was very simple instruction step to follow. Now I have a very luxurious kitchen and am in love how easy it is to use and to control the water flow and my life just got easier when cooking and cleaning up and which will last us a life time great quality. I’ll be definitely getting other faucet from this brand for my home.

Fancy looking faucet

Is it possible to turn off the touchless feature on model 9184TL-CZ-PR-DST? Before we bought it we were under the impression that the touchless feature was just under the arch of the faucet, but it's all over and is always turning off and on.

The sensitivity settings on the faucet seem to change on our own without our input. I will change it to the least sensitive setting and then it changes again without us doing the grip at the base to change it. Please advise

Our Touch20 products can be used with our A/C adapter, EP102157. Our A/C adapter is a 9V adapter, which would need to be plugged into a non-switched, 115-volt outlet in your sink cabinet. We still recommend to have the batteries installed.

Do your faucets stay in spray mode when turned off and on again, either by touch or the main faucet?

We have had this faucet for about a year and it was working fine but now we are getting very low pressure. We have cleaned the nozzle with vinegar/water several times & changed the batteries. Is there a filter somewhere?

There is a filter in the top of the solenoid valve under the sink. It's typically blue and can be pulled out with tweezers or small pliers. If possible,
After cleaning the filter, I recommend flushing the supply lines as shown in step 4 of the installation instructions. You can also flush with the solenoid on the hose. This should help determine if the cause of the reduced flow is the solenoid or the spray head.
