Is this the touchless model?

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model 9191-BL-DST-R.
This model does not include Touch2O or touchless. With Touch2O and touchless is model 9191TL-BL-DST. Or the model number would be 9191TL-BL-DST-R if it is available as recertified.

Can I just replace the head? we have very hard water and the toggle switch is sticking. I have cleaned it with CLR and WD 40 but does not seem to help.
