Where Has This Been all my Life?
This sink is nothing short of amazing! Soooo convenient since now I don’t have to contaminate everything in my kitchen after touching raw chicken! The water flow is just right, the design is sleek and functional, the installation was easy and fast, and the pull-down sprayer is fabulous! Loooooove it! All my friends are gonna want one, too.

So cool
This faucet is so cool and a very nice sleek design. It works perfectly and the tap is so convenient, especially during cooking/baking when your hands are dirty. I did turn off the sensor touchless, even though it is really nice it can be annoying sometimes when it keeps cutting off the water while washing dishes. I'm glad that you can turn that function on and off and even change the sensitivity.

Durable, functional and works well!
This faucet is durable ! And it arrived at a great time. We purchased our home last June and the kitchen faucet was trash. We ordered a $40 one off Amazon that worked great but recently the handle started falling off. This one arrived shortly after we started having that issue. It’s durable, a relatively easy install, and I love that you don’t have to be reliant on the touch but can use the handle too. While cooking I often find myself going to the sink for water, etc, It’s nice to be able to use the back of my hand with the touch to use water as needed and control temp without having to use my hands that may have touch raw foods on the handles. I don’t love the price so I’m grateful we received this to try! For the researched price I probably wouldn’t buy it again but for the functionality and ease, I would.

Sleek and shiny
Delta's Kitchen Faucet
I am so excited that I was able to try this! This is a touchless kitchen faucet. It is versatile and can be pulled down. It has strong water power and looks amazing. The silver of the faucet is shiny and looks great in my kitchen! Honestly, the appearance of this faucet has completely made my kitchen look more new. Delta is also super reliable and I know this product will work well.

Here is what we can do to resolve your issue for you.
Our Smart Touch Faucets would require batteries to power the faucet However since you do not want to use batteries we recommend an A/C power supply. By adding the VoiceIQ Module, the A/C power supply is included and would allow for power to the faucet without batteries. We do recommend keeping a set of batteries in the box, this is in case of a power outage in the home. The batteries act as a backup power source.

If you have activated the spray mode and turn the faucet off does it go back to flow the next time or does it stay on spray?

Does this faucet have a water flow restrictor? If so where is it?

The faucet will not turn on. Is this because the batteries have to be replaced?

The MONROVIA™ Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O Technology MODEL#: 9191T-AR-PR-DST spout displays the proper light, but no water is coming out of the spout:
a. Verify the handle is in the “on” position.
b. Verify the water supplies are turned to the “on” position.
c. Move handle to the “off” position. Unscrew hose from spray head and check for any debris in the spray head inlet. Move handle to the “on” position to verify water is reaching the sprayer. Replace spray head.
d. Move handle to the “off” position. Remove the hose from the solenoid and move handle to the “on” position to check for flow coming from the solenoid. Reconnect hose to solenoid.
e. With handle in the “off” position, remove the hose from the faucet to the solenoid. Move handle to the “on” position to check if water is going through the manual valve and reaching the solenoid. If water is getting to the solenoid, but it is not getting through the solenoid, replace solenoid and electronics kit.

Which power outlet do you recommend with the Monrovia 9191T-AR-PR-DST kitchen faucet? I've seen model number EP102157 or model number EP73954 but neither one specifically says it is compatible with the Monrovia faucet.

We need a faucet in which the end can be opened and particulates cleaned out of a sieve. Does faucet 9191T-AR-PR-DST allow for that?

If the LED base indicator is not displaying any lights on your MONROVIA™ Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet With Touch2O Technology MODEL#: 9191T-PR-DST,
a. Check to make sure the spout connector, RP53233 is attached to the spout and
the wire from the solenoid / electronics kit. If it is disconnected, or loose,
reattach and check for proper operation.
b. Replace batteries.
c. If it is attached and the light still does not display on the indicator at the base of
the spout, replace the spout assembly.

Due to poor performance and long term battery maintenance requirements we want to bypass the electronics and batteries and use the faucet in manual mode. How do we do this?

Thank you for your question!
For Kitchen Touch2O® faucets, there are a few ways to make them manual.
1. If you can get the water to flow, then the most universal option can be used. It does not matter which model or version for this method (excluding Pascal & eFLow).
With the faucet running water, disconnect the battery pack by opening it. Or if you have an open battery tray, remove the batteries.
You now have a manually operated faucet. The solenoid was open allowing water to flow through and is now stuck open because you removed the power it would use to close. Reconnecting the battery would close the solenoid and make it electronic again.
Or
2. If the faucet is a later generation, the solenoid assembly may be removed, and the wand hose connected directly to the valve outlet tube.
a. Open the battery holder cap.
b. Disconnect the sensor hook(s) from the spout and/or valve shank and light cable from the solenoid.

d. Remove the solenoid from the valve outlet tube by removing the clip or swinging the clip open.

e. Reconnect the hose with the hose clip to the valve outlet nipple.

Note: If the solenoid uses RP60520 adapter to connect to the valve outlet, for example, the early Trinsic®, Addison™, and Ashton® … the pullout hose can be connected directly to the valve outlet nipple, not the adapter.
a. Open the battery holder cap.
b. Disconnect the sensor hook(s) from the spout and/or valve shank and light cable from the solenoid.
c. Remove the hose clip and hose from the bottom of the solenoid.
d. Remove the metal solenoid clip and solenoid.
e. Remove the adapter from the valve outlet tube. The adapter must also be removed to reveal the valve outlet nipple. The hose cannot connect to the adapter.
f. Reconnect the hose with the hose clip to the valve outlet nipple.
The faucet is now a manually operated pullout or pulldown.
Or
3. If the solenoid Generation 1 or 2, and operational enough, we can directly energize it open. This is the least preferred method.
These directions are in the packaged instructions, using the battery pack to reverse the power to the solenoid momentarily.

The LED lights are on, but when we tough the faucet or try to turn it on and off there is no water flow. Any idea why that would happen. Eventually the water turns back on after multiple tries of turning it on and off. Thank you.
