This faucet has sensors in the oddest places. I find that as I am rinsing dishes, my movements suddenly turn the water flow off and on because the dish or my hand trigger a sensor. This gets frustrating because just a sudden movement will shut the water off when you are trying to work in the kitchen. The other thing that I do not like is that it is not hard wired for power. It has a battery pack ( I did not realize this. I had it installed by a plumber ) When the batteries die, it is sudden. For me the water completely stopped flowing. I thought I had turned it off by my movements again, but after a lot of waving at the sensors, I realized it had simply stopped working. My husband checked and noticed the battery pack. luckily we had 6 batteries that it required and it started working again. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Where Has This Been all my Life?
This sink is nothing short of amazing! Soooo convenient since now I don’t have to contaminate everything in my kitchen after touching raw chicken! The water flow is just right, the design is sleek and functional, the installation was easy and fast, and the pull-down sprayer is fabulous! Loooooove it! All my friends are gonna want one, too.

So cool
This faucet is so cool and a very nice sleek design. It works perfectly and the tap is so convenient, especially during cooking/baking when your hands are dirty. I did turn off the sensor touchless, even though it is really nice it can be annoying sometimes when it keeps cutting off the water while washing dishes. I'm glad that you can turn that function on and off and even change the sensitivity.

Durable, functional and works well!
This faucet is durable ! And it arrived at a great time. We purchased our home last June and the kitchen faucet was trash. We ordered a $40 one off Amazon that worked great but recently the handle started falling off. This one arrived shortly after we started having that issue. It’s durable, a relatively easy install, and I love that you don’t have to be reliant on the touch but can use the handle too. While cooking I often find myself going to the sink for water, etc, It’s nice to be able to use the back of my hand with the touch to use water as needed and control temp without having to use my hands that may have touch raw foods on the handles. I don’t love the price so I’m grateful we received this to try! For the researched price I probably wouldn’t buy it again but for the functionality and ease, I would.

when my faucet was installed, it was activated by touch only. Now it seems like it is activated by a wave of my hand. How can I change his back to touch instead of touchless?

To turn off the touchless feature put the handle in the off position, wait a few seconds, then quickly tap the faucet spout six times, wait for the light to flash, and tap it six more times; the light flashing again confirms touchless mode is off, and you can repeat the process to re-enable it or remove the batteries for manual-only operation.

Where can I see the Monrovia in person?
What happens if the manual lever is left in the on "open" position so the touchless feature can be used and the batteries die. Will the faucet start running? Also, will the manual portion of the faucet work if the touchless batteries die?
