This sink faucet is so nice. I like how it was very easy to install. My wife loves the spray shield. No more having water spraying all over the place. It really makes my kitchen look classy and all together now. My wife loves how it has the spray attachment that you can pull down. This faucet is worth every penny. It cleans dishes better and having a happy wife is a happy life.

Great faucet!
The delta faucet is by far the greatest faucet I have ever owned. We have had the standard traditional faucet in my home for years and it served its purpose but was definitely time for an upgrade. It was the first time I have took on a home improvement job by my self and I felt so accomplished when I was finished. It was fairly easy to set up and put in, the hardest part was taking the old faucet out. This faucet has three different settings, one is regular running water, the next is shower spray which is great for washing tough stains off of the dishes and the other spray is a thin spray. The nozzle is detachable so you can get a more spot on clean for your dishes and it’s also great for cleaning all around the sink. My fiancé was so excited when I put this faucet in! She likes that there is more space in the sink and she’s not constantly hitting the faucet with dishes. I would defiantly recommend this faucet to anyone who is in the market for a new one.

This Delta faucet is the best!
This faucet upon installation in my home has changed the the overall look of my home to a more sophisticated image of what it was before, it's simple, sleek and beautiful and the functionality of it is something that homeowners SHOULD not do without!

low water pressure

Quality product
I had my kitchen remodeled about a year ago. The faucet looks like the day it was installed. It works flawlessly. It does what it is supposed to do. We have hard water but it doesn't have any white residue and cleans up easily. I have a 30 inch apron sink and can clean every bit of it simply. There is so much available on line but my plumber cautioned me that parts may not be available and quality varies widely. With Delta you know what you are getting. A quality product and a company that stands by their products. I also have Delta in my bathroom as well. Two different remodelers usa and recommend Delta. This style worked out perfectly for me. I couldn't be more pleased.

Easy install
Works well, you will need normal water pressure to get the water blast feature to work correctly though. We are on a well and the water shield around the blast stream just splashes everywhere instead of preventing it.

Really nice faucets. Quality and vision.
We ordered some special Delta faucets for our new house. They are good looking, quality faucets. We had a small problem with one after two years and Delta stepped right up and fixed the problem for us with zero hassle. Regardless of what they may cost, these faucets are worth every cent we paid for them. They are beautiful, well made and simple for repairs if needed. Delta will be our Faucet company from now on.

great faucet
I have only one suggestion. Remove the small "C" and "H" from the handle. I assume they are there to indicate which way to turn the handle to get hot or cold water. These letters are superfluous and confusing. Intuitively, one would move the faucet opposite of what the letters indicate thereby causing confusion and frustration getting used to a new device. Also, anyone can figure out that if they are getting hot water, they must go the other way to get cold and vice versa. In other words the letters are not needed i.e. superfluous. Just remember " handle up" is cold. That is really all that is needed to know.

Looks Great, Works Great
This faucet is amazing. It has a beautiful traditional style and looks great in the Venetian Bronze finish. It matches the style of my traditional/southwest/industrial/super eclectic home perfectly. I love the magnetic spout feature to ensure that the spout always locks back in place when I am done using it. No other faucet on the market has a magnet like this. I also like how there is not a metal hose, it is much quieter than my previous faucet when using the pull down spray.

Fantastic Faucet
Remodeled kitchen. We looked at 100 faucets. I love Moen but the wife liked the design of the Delta so we gambled and bought the Cassidy pull down kitchen faucet in oil rubbed bronze.
We had a professional plumber due the install. No issues. I saw reviews where the faucet could fall over during install and offered to hold it for the plumber so the finish would be damaged if it hit the Quartz counter top.
Wife loves the faucet and matching soap dispenser, and air gap. The hose does not tangle. It took her a few times to figure out how to push it back up...now no issues. The spray and regular volume of water is good. Loves the controls handle size and placement. Finish is terrific, love the patina.
She washes her hair in the sink so the pull down feature gets a workout. The faucet does spin around but no problem with spraying on the counter top.
The soap dispenser works terrific and holds 8 or 10 ounces. Easy to refill with the funnel I got her when I ordered the faucet, air gap, and soap dispenser.
If any thing changes I will come back and provide an update. It's been used 5 weeks. Highly recommended.

Does the sprayer stay in the last-used mode when the water is turned off and on? I.e., if the spray is on, the water is turned off and then back on, will it still be in spray mode, or will it have defaulted to something else, like stream?

Thanks for your question. You will need to check the manufacturing date on the supply lines coming from the base of the faucet. You may also find this information on the box. If the date is prior to 8-1-2018 you will need to use the base ring that comes with the faucet. If the date is after 8-1-2018 you only need to use the gasket, not the base ring. what is the difference between 'Euromotion' Diamond valve and Diamond valve

Is there a hole cover for the empty hole in the sink that matches a 9197-CZ-PR-DST? We have a RO filter and a soap dispenser, so the escutcheon plate won't work.
