Its been over 5 mos since a question was actually answered. If you call on the phone youre on hold for over 45 minutes(I hung up at this point) so when exactly are these questions answered by delta?

Every cabinet counter seller for quartz counter states sink must be an undermount. Can the glass washer accessory still be used or must it be a top mount to use the glasswasher?

I need to know the cut out size for this product please

Every model sink has unique cutout dimensions that are required, and this is due to the length, width, and corner radius. Can you recommend this for a outdoor kitchen that is covered by of pergola with a roof.
We have owned this sink for about one year now. We started noticing small rust spots in the sink. How do you recommend addressing that issue without damaging the finish of the unit?

Thanks so much for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are experiencing these stains on your new sink. I assure you; they are not rust marks. Typically, when red spots appear on a Stainless-Steel Sink like ours it is simply surface discoloration. This is usually taken care of permanently with a stainless-steel polish and/or cleaner when used according to the directions of the cleaning product. Products such as Bar Keeper’s friend and a fine 3M Scotch Brite pad are both great options.

I had a Delta Emery Faucet installed. I cannot get hot water out of faucet. The cold water is not cold enough. How can the temperature be adjusted? Please advise.
