We are a fabrication company for DuPont(R) Corian products. Your paper template is lacking hole center requirements for proper alignment. Poor customer service and leads to less than professional installation results.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from incorrect desacription First of all, the wrong directions were included with this faucet, so I had to contact support to figure out the install because there are parts that are odd compared to any other faucet I have installed. That was annoying. But the real issue is that I purchased it for the Multi- flow option which seems to be non existent. The description clearly states being able to toggle to a higher flow to fill pots faster... but this is either a hidden feature or it is not real. Customer service rep was no help and ultimately claimed it is integrated with Shieldspray, which is nonsense because that it is not at all what is in the description. Shieldspray is a whole different thing. Multi flow is only on a couple faucets, or so that is what your site says. Incredibly annoying.

Step 1 is confusing. I'm trying to install this on a single hole under mount sink. Box came w/ RP37490 & the white foam ring. It did not include a trim ring. Which isn't listed for order on the part list above.

How soft is the soft-touch cleaning feature supposed to be? The spray holes in the wand are tough not flexible at all, so I’m not sure how to clean any build up. We just received it this week, but the product manual and the list of features do not match.
