Excellent sink
We bought this sink to replace a white Kohler double sink, which was a pain to keep clean. We are very happy with this new workstation sink from Delta Faucet. The drying grate is a nice feature. The sink seems to be high quality, and the price was reasonable.

The top mount / under mount sinks are a problem to match to CNC files for proper cut out and professional installation. We are a fabrication company for DuPont(R) Corian products. Your paper template is lacking hole center requirements for proper alignment. Poor customer service and leads to less than professional installation results.

Missing clip for the supply line
Easy to install just missing a very important piece to hold the supply together. Flooded my cabinets when I tried to use the facet for first time. I though i could get away without the clip but alas a very important piece to hold the line together.

incorrect desacription
First of all, the wrong directions were included with this faucet, so I had to contact support to figure out the install because there are parts that are odd compared to any other faucet I have installed. That was annoying. But the real issue is that I purchased it for the Multi- flow option which seems to be non existent. The description clearly states being able to toggle to a higher flow to fill pots faster... but this is either a hidden feature or it is not real. Customer service rep was no help and ultimately claimed it is integrated with Shieldspray, which is nonsense because that it is not at all what is in the description. Shieldspray is a whole different thing. Multi flow is only on a couple faucets, or so that is what your site says. Incredibly annoying.

How do you recommend lubricating the cartridge / handle movement? It was very fluid when new, but after a few months, it’s become “sticky,” so precise adjustments to flow rate / temp are hard to make.

The issue would be caused by water debris trapped in the cartridge. We recommend flushing the faucet. The first step is to remove the aerator, wand, or hose and run the faucet for a couple of minutes.
Next, to further flush the cartridge, turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply.
Since the handle was left in the on position, the water will flow up the cold supply line, through the faucet cartridge, and back down the hot water line into the bucket. Leave this flowing for at least 30 seconds. After flushing, reconnect the hot water line and repeat this process with the cold water line to ensure all particles have been removed from both supplies.
If the issue remains after flushing, the RP73000 cartridge may need to be replaced.

Why does Delta not provide .dfx files for cut outs of your Top Mount/under mount sinks like the 95A135-33S-SS for professional fabricators like our company? It makes alignment of the faucet holes difficult with only a cut out template and hole center.

How to install? Our model came with the wrong instructions.
Instruction manual 111079 is absolutely the wrong manual. The various parts do not even match up. The linked manual is a little better, but the vendor really needs to provide the correct manual for the exact model purchased, and not a generic manual that supposedly works for every model. The parts for different models are entirely different. Our faucet is now improperly installed due to the poor documentation. It works, but is loose. Do I tear it all apart again (lots of fun!) or do I just put up with it and resolve to purchase from a better vendor next time?

What is the different between the Lorelai and EMERY

That is a great question! I can answer that for you.
The main difference is the radius of the corners inside the bowl, the Emery line has a 5mm tight radius corner and the Lorelai has a more open 10mm radius corner. Also the Lorelai typically comes with some additional accessories like a cutting board and drain cover.

There are shipping wires run with holes drilled on the side to hold down the lower grill during shipping. Top grill also has hold screws-holes. The installation instructions don’t mention the holes or show plugs to install. There were no plugs provided.

The full size sink strainer/grid for my Delta kitchen sink has lost it's shine. No matter how I clean it, it won't regain it's shine. How do I get it to look new again. I've only had the sink less than a year

More thank likely what you are seeing are deposits on the surface if the grid and strainer.
The good news is that with certain cleaning methods and products you should be able to restore the luster of those accessories.
We highly recommend the cleaning methods and products mention below.
GENERAL CLEANING
A great way to protect the bottom of your kitchen sink against wear and tear from everyday use, Delta bottom grids are made with premium stainless steel for durability and easy maintenance. To prevent build-up over time, rinse both sides of the grid after using your sink, and pat dry with a microfiber cloth. For a more thorough cleaning, use water and a mild liquid soap detergent (ammonia-free) or a product from the “Products to Consider” section below. Apply cleaner with a soft sponge or microfiber cloth, then thoroughly rinse with lukewarm water and pat dry with a microfiber cleaning cloth.
DEEP CLEANING
Although bottom grids are a highly useful and versatile accessory, they can also be a magnet for dirt and debris from all your kitchen tasks. For a deeper clean from stuck-on food, you can do the following:
• Put it in your dishwasher! Delta bottom grids are dishwasher-safe – just make sure to take off the rubber feet and bumpers. To fit large grids into the dishwasher, try removing the top rack and placing the grid in the bottom rack
• Fill your sink with hot water and soap-suds and place the grid face down to soak. Use a scrub brush and dish soap, or a soft cleanser like Bar Keeper’s friend, to tackle trouble spots, then rinse thoroughly with water
• Make a paste from baking soda and lemon and let it sit on trouble spots, then scrub and rinse thoroughly with water
THINGS TO AVOID
• DO NOT wash rubber feet and bumpers in the dishwasher. These should be rinsed with water and/or hand-washed with a mild detergent

• White vinegar + water solution 50/50
• Mild bleach solution
• Food-grade mineral oil
