Mostly Nice Accessories
Before you purchase a single basin sink, consider whether you'll like all of the food waste from rinsing dishes circulating in a large sink. I find this sink very difficult to clean. With the metal protector on the bottom, it's impossible to get all the waste out of the far corners. The sharp corners are visually appealing, but softer corners and more slant on the bottom would have made this sink easier to clean. With the exception of the sink basin metal rack protector, the other accessories are very useful. They were the cherry on the sundae in my decision to purchase this sink. I do wish that the sink had come with a matching ring for the disposal.

Great Sink - but not sold with Disposal Parts
Absolutely love this sink and it looks beautiful in my new kitchen. But Delta needs to keep in mind when renovating and making upgrades, we get decision fatigue. It would have been helpful to ask the question and suggest if you plan to have a garbage disposal because if yes, you will need the matching disposal flange. A little frustrated to get to install and realize I don't have the parts that are needed. But overall the sink is great.

Bad sink
I bought this due to your reputation. I am very disappointed because I thought it had round edges. When I first ordered, I received one with square edges. I reorded, and was sent the same one. I don't like the square. I had to keep this one because my contractor was ready to install. First, it scratches very easily. I've had this less than 6 months and it looks old. It is not slanted well and takes forever to get food in the strainer. It has water spots and no, stainless steel polish will take them off. I have to wipe it down whenever I use it. Our house was built in 1976 and that sink still looked great. It's a shame companies take no pride in their workmanship these days.

Other than the accessories that are already included with the Delta Rivet model# 95B931-32S-SS workstation, are there any additional accessories that can be purchased? I would like a colander to drain pasta & wash vegetables.

How do I clean the sink and restore the shine? What are the approved and effective cleaners. After a few months the finish is dull.

We recommend using mild soap and water for everyday cleaning, as well as stainless steel cleaners designed specifically for cleaning stainless steel. A popular option for stronger cleaning is Barkeeper’s Friend and a fine (white) 3M Scotch Brite pad.
Avoid cleaners with harsh chemicals like chlorine, bleach, or ammonia as these items can cause damage to the sink surface. Also avoid aggressive abrasives.

How high is the middle divider between the two sides?

That is a really good question, the height of the center divider for this model sink is 5".
This is height enough to fill the basin mostly with water while simultaneously low enough to make the transfer of items from one basin to the other a breeze.

As for claims of pitting and rust, in most cases any discoloration or markings on the sink will only be surface deep and can easily be removed with the use
of a high quality cleaner and conditioner such as "The Bar Keepers Friend" soft liquid and a soft cloth towel.
All Delta sinks will be manufactured using the highest quality T304 stainless steel and although impervious to pitting and rust, will share a common characteristic of all stainless steel sinks where usage/surface scratches are inevitable. My Rivet sink was installed in December 2021 and in two months has developed rust in one corner seam. What can be done about this? I have never used anything but mild soap to clean the sink and wipe it down to keep it dry every evening. Not happy!

Typically, when red spots appear on a Stainless Steel Sink like ours it is simply surface discoloration. This is usually taken care of permanently with a stainless steel polish and/or cleaner when used according to the directions of the cleaning product. Products such as Bar Keeper’s friend and a fine 3M Scotch Brite pad are both great options.
