Nice faucet
I absolutely love this faucet! The old style faucet for my kitchen was also a goose neck style but was able to pull out quiet far. Although you can't pull this faucet out, it does have a long reach to rinse out your sink. The adjustments I have to make using this faucet is just placing larger pots in the sink to fill with water. It is well worth the effort it took to adjust to putting the faucet in the magnetic clip & adjusting the way the spray is used on this style faucet head. The spray stays on when you switch the button from stream to spray, love this feature, it's my favorite! The faucet has become a nice addition to my kitchen. I did not pick out this style faucet, it was my husbands choice that I went with. It is really nice & after getting used to it for 3 weeks now I can honestly say I love it.

Great faucet
Good price, delivered quickly and easy self-installation. We are very happy with our new faucet. The hose guide is designed to protect it from tearing when using the pull-down over time unlike the porcelanosa faucet this replaced. Everything feels solid and it looks great

BAD DESIGN. QUICKLY STARTS TO LEAN OVER
A PLASTIC PART IS USED TO SUPPORT THIS HEAVY METAL FAUCET. THE THOUGHTLESS DESIGN IS GUARANTEED TO FAIL AND THE FAUCET STARTS TO LEAN OVER. I HAVE REPLACED THIS PLASTIC PART TWICE OVER A TWO YEAR PERIOD OF TIME. CLEARLY NO ONE OF AUTHORITY AT DELTA ACTUALLY USES THIS EXPENSIVE FAUCET, OR ELSE THEY WOULD SEE THAT IT WILL QUICKLY NOT STAND UP STRAIGHT.

Is there an option to replace the battery pack with an electrical plug

The 9659-DST is a non-touch version, however the 9659T-DST would require batteries to power the faucet. An A/C power supply EP92546 can be used to power the faucet as well. We do recommend keeping a set of batteries in the box, this is in case of a power outage in the home. The batteries act as a backup power source.

Can I use this tap in Ireland, would I need to purchase the shut off valves. Do you sell a connection to get your American tap to work in Ireland

What is the difference between the Delta Trinsic (Model #9159-AR-DST) & the Delta Trask (Model #19933-SPSD-D)?

The Delta Trinsic model 9159-DST has a one or three hole, 6 or 8 inch installation and the spout height on the Trinsic is 15 11/16 inches. The Trask 19933-SPSD-DST has a one, two, three or four hole and 8 inch installation and the spout height is 16 inches. The Trask also comes with a soap dispenser.

Is faucet 9659-AR-DST 100% lead free?

The cradle that has the magnet in the middle that holds the sprayer has become unscrewed from the bar but I don't see a way to access the screw head. Is there a way to reattach the cradle?

Hi. We noticed our water flow has been considerably reduced. We unscrewed the end and checked the little white plastic screen for debris. It appears to be clean. The water comes through the hose very strongly, so the problem has to be in the head. Help!

I have had your 9659-DST installed in my kitchen since 2017. Now I can not get water to come out? I have changed the batteries twice with no luck. Do you have any ideas? IF touch cant be fix how do I use it like a normal faucet?
