Q&A
I bought Delta Essa brushed nickel pull-down sprayer and single handle in Arctic Stainless 9913-AR-DST. The faucet arc extends beyond my sink drain hole such that I find myself getting wet. Is there a similar model with less arc? How to know the arc?

I am sorry to hear the reach of the arc is too far. Under the "Documents and Specs" tab on the website of the faucet you are viewing, you will see the "Technical Specifications". This will show you the measurements and dimensions of the faucet which will help you determine the best fit for your sink.

If order today - how long until delivered? These are not new? They are used and refurbished? Is that correct?

Shipping takes 6-8 days for delivery. The product has been examined to confirm that the product is in like-new condition, and the product & parts have never been installed and all parts are included. In nearly all instances, the box was never opened. The packaging may show signs of wear. This may also be referred to as Recommerce.
