Rated 5 out of 5 by from Costly but nice! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product operates smoothly and looks modern, yet timeless. The height is just right for my 20 inch sink. The pull down feature works well and the magnetic retraction is perfect. The cost was expensive, but the only product I could find that fit my need.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works Great in Laundry Room Ordered this faucet to upgrade the pull-out style we had on our laundry room tub sink. This is a match to the Delta series of faucets already in the home and it works perfectly on our laundry sink. Looks good and functions even better.

Q&A

the water pressure is very low on the regular stream, the spray switch is fine. any suggestions

Asked by: JESSE
Hello JESSE, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. Low flow is caused by a blockage or debris, and we would recommend flushing. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. Best Regards, Nicole
