So if I am using this faucet at a small prep sink in the kitchen would this Broderick bar/prep sink faucet look better than the Broderick kitchen sink faucet? Sink size is about 13x18

is water volume compromised when using straight hot water?

Using only hot water should give you the same pressure when you use the cold water. The max flow rate for this faucet is 1.8 GPM at 60 PSI.

When renovating a customer's kitchen the long mounting nut was displaced. How do I get another?

Does this faucet have water savers in it

can the bar/prep faucet be used in place of a reverse osmosis system faucet?

Yes, you can install this model in place of an R.O faucet. However, this faucet does not provide the levels of water filtration a reverse osmosis system can provide.
