Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! Beautiful faucet! The new Delta Cassidy Kitchen Faucet is absolutely beautiful! I received this faucet as a promotional item in exchange for my review. It only took a couple hours to remove and install this new one. It is definitely larger, more durable and extremely powerful in comparison to my old one. I could not believe how fast I could rinse my dishes and clean my sink. The actual faucet doesn’t show water spots and is easy cleaning and maintenance. Did I mention it has touch free options?? I am so glad we got this showstopper of a faucet!

We seem to be having issues with the electrical components. Replaced all AA batteries - still intermittently not responding to touch signals. Unplugged the base light and seemed to be working better.  Have tried replacing batteries again with new stock.

Asked by: Not reaponding to touch
Hi Not reaponding to touch, Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the faucet responding to touch. We are happy to help! To test for an issue with the electronics directly, see this video starting at 3:30. https://support.deltafaucet.com/s/article/How-to-Troubleshoot-a-Delta-Kitchen-Faucet-with-Touch2O-Technology-1628025862981 Also, here are ways to improve a touch signal for better operation. Move anything metal away from the faucet. Place the battery box flat on the floor near the wall. Route the wires away from each other or anything conductive. Using the included mounting hardware, the faucet shank should go through the sink hole without touching the sides. Changing the position of the clip on the faucet shank can help improve the signal. I recommend 1/2 or 1/3 of the way up the shank and point the clip away from a metal sink or the wall. Please reach out for further assistance or with any additional questions! The Cassidy faucet I bought six years ago (second on) lost water pressure when the handle is pulled all of the way out. What happened?

Asked by: Laura
Hello Laura, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. Our Delta 9197-RB-DST must have debris or blockage and we recommend to flush. To flush the unit, we recommend the following: Start with the easy stuff: Remove your aerator, wand or hose to check the flow through the unit without that part installed. If the flow is good, the piece you’ve removed is where the issue is. Soaking the part in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water could help remove any particles or debris blocking the flow. If the water does not have a good flow, the problem could be in the faucet. Next, check the supply lines for debris: Turn the supply off to both the hot and cold-water lines. Once off, turn the handle on the faucet to the on position and leave it there to bleed the lines of any excess water. Next, disconnect the hot water supply line and place it inside of a bucket. Once the line is securely positioned into the bucket, turn on the cold-water supply. Please contact us back if you have any questions or need further assistance. Best Regards, Nicole

What can I use to clean this faucet?

Asked by: Alecea
Hello Valued Customer, Thank you for contacting Delta Faucet Company! I am sorry this information was not readily available, and I am happy to help you! Always blot dry any water from the faucet surface. Allowing water to evaporate on the surface can lead to a build-up of mineral deposits. Cleaning with a damp non-abrasive sponge and buffing it dry with a clean soft cloth should help keep your product looking beautiful. To remove water spots, use warm water and a soft, damp cloth. Hard water stains may be removed using a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water. Make certain that you rinse the surface thoroughly with water afterward. I have also included a link to our “How to clean your faucet” on our website, please see the link below. https://www.deltafaucet.com/design-innovation/inspiredliving/how-to-clean-a-faucet Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer.
