I couldn't install it totally by myself but it was simple with one other person to help. The whole process took about 45 minutes which inlcuded the 10 minutes needed to remove the old faucet.

Does it come with everything that I need to install it. Brackets and instruction

What type of connectors do I have to get supply lines of half inch to three eigths.

Do these faucets have the water inlets on the outsides or they have the long cooper lines in the center?

Can this be installed as a single hole without the cover plate? Spec drawing seems to show two installs, one as a one hole.

how do you install this item

Hello Ron18, Thank you for your question! We apologize for the inconveniences you are experiencing and will be happy to help you. The Delta Foundations Single Handle Kitchen Faucet (Recertified) MODEL# B1310LF-R can be installed by removing the old faucet. Placing the gasket on the bottom of the new faucet. Ensure the gasket is properly seated under the escutcheon. Set the new faucet into place and screw locknuts onto threaded shanks and hand tighten. No wrench is required. For more details refer to the maintenance and installation guide.
