The old one had about every seal and O Ring worn and seeping water in addition to the stiffness in moving the spout and the exterior beat up. The new one was easily installed, no leaks, smooth moving spout and a happy wife.

Its been a great faucet, we just had to replace it because of being used so much, but have no complaints whatsoever. We just replaced it with a Chrome one last week. Up to then, we had the stainless steel one and had it for over 10 yrs.

Regarding B1310LF faucet, how are the copper lines attached to the base of the faucet assembly as they seem to move at the base when attaching the supply lines both side to side and in a circular manner as if not “fixed in place”?

How do you regulate water flow and pressure?

Hi, Frank! Thank you for your question. The handle assembly is how you would regulate water flow and pressure. The handle pushed all the way up, will give full water pressure at 1.8GPM. The handle pushed down will slow the water pressure. Best Regards, Rosanna

i recently bought the delta B1331OLF and the water connecting tubes that connect the water to the faucet were not stationary they would turn around in the chassy of the faucet. Is that normal for this faucet at this time.

aerator

hello - 1) i just read a review on Hone Depot that said the spout is one single piece and that the aerator cannot be removed (in order to install a water filter). is this true? 2) is the reach (base to tip of the spout) longer than most similar faucets? it does look longer in the pictures. thanks

The aerator is removable. The spout is about 1.5" longer than my replacement faucet. The length is approx 10.75"

How to remove the point of the spout

I would like to mount a water filter at the spout, but I can't take off the tip of the spout. I wonder if this could be possible. Could you tell how to do that if possible?

Hi Tad, Thank you for your question. The aerator on the model B1310LF should unscrew counter-clockwise to remove. Sometimes mineral build up will make this more difficult. We suggest soaking a towel in a 50/50 solution of vinegar and water and wrapping the towel around the aerator. Allow the solution to soak in and break up the mineral deposits. This should make it easier to remove. Thanks, Dave

how tight should you tighten the water supply lines to the faucet water tubes. I have the supply line with the chrome mesh and the rubber bushing inside.

Two Questions: What are the hose lengths? The hoses that were in the box didn't fit my standard size sink. What year was this product made? I'm wondering if the reason the hoses were too small was because it was an older model. (B131OLF-SS)

Have gravity Low pressure system, what facuet will work?

I have a 2,000 gallon cistern about 70 feet above the house with a gravity feed to the house. I do not have a pressure tank. What kitchen faucet will work on low pressure systems? What Bath and other faucets do you carry that would work on this system? I have a new Delta B1310LF-SS faucet will this work? I do not have a pressure tank. Thanks you for your help

Hi Lynn, Thank you for your question. Your cistern should generate approximately 25-30 psi. Our faucet models work on pressures from 20-100 psi. You may want to select models that are the water efficient 1.5gpm but the model B1310LF-SS will work. Thanks, Dave

First check to make sure the temperature on the hot water heater is set at 120 or lower. Next, you would need to shut off both hot and cold below the counter, then turn them both on fully and equally. I have a vent pipe the creates clearance problem under faucet. Can the copper lines be bent to avoid the obstruction and hook up my supply lines?

I have a B1310LF I purchased at Home Depot in Blairsville on June 27, 2018.I installed it and it was working fine until about 8 weeks ago.It leaks only when it's turned on around the faucet neck at the body.I didn't contact sooner,my Dad died.
