When I use the sprayer my water does not shut off in the fasuet which it did when this was first installed in Jan.2024. Is there something can do to correct that issue? This a refurbished MODEL#: B3310LF-SS-R I have searched manuels with no help

We recommend cleaning or replacing the diverter assembly, Repair Kit RP44124. With the water supplies off, first loosen the handle set screw to remove the handle, unscrew the cap, and remove the spout. See the picture on page 4 of the maintenance and installation instructions:
