When it worked!!
I bought this two years ago and it was fine until I replaced the spout "O" rings that you sent. After that it never worked properly again even after installing a complete new parts kit.
To get around this problem I purchased a new exact same faucet but that did not solve my problem, I only got a different problem. This faucet has a thump 3 to 4 times as you move the handle up to get more water.
I have been on hold for an hour at a time, where are all these operators, you need a new better call waiting system. This thing is going back to Home Depot, I want a refund.

Defective out of Box for sitting in factory
Received new faucet as replacement for previous defect. Delta Facet Originally had offered me exact replacement or 70% off upgraded facet. Because I wanted to make everything simple, I requested the same one. I Had a plumber install, after plumber worked on facet, and I was told that a slight drip found on new facet is a defect. Plumber highly suggested upgrading facet to "one piece" better quality facet. I contacted Delta Facet about the 2nd defect, but was told now that I could not upgrade, could only send me "parts" to correct current problem which may be cause by it sitting in factory for some time. Great!!! The problems continue. Will now wait to receive parts, call the plumber again to install "parts" and go for there ?, Hmmm, sounds like I better invest in a new facet, with original parts.

Noisy when you turn on
Had this new faucet installed about a week ago; when you turn it on low pressure it is fine; when you turn it on with high pressure to get more water it makes a thumping sound that lasts maybe a second; asked the plumber about it; he said it was the faucet; disappointed in the product

Good faucet
Great faucet for the first year then the spray head started leaking and tried to replace it but could not get spray head nut off hose to pit a replacement sprayer on so I used old nut with new head but that started leaking a few months later.Now I have a new sprayer but still can't get old nut off even after removing the clip! Now the hose has a split in outer cover just below the sprayer nut.

This faucet was great for 6 months
Bought this faucet at Home Depot and was very easy to install and worked great for about 6 months but then started thumping loudly when water is turned beyond halfway. New cartridge is over $28 and feel this is a bit much to repair a 6 month old 'quality' faucet. Always used Delta products in the past without problems. Hope to resolve this issue soon.

It has only been a few days and it is already spraying water everywhere when turned on.
As it was recommended by your company, I took the off aerator and let the water run for 2 minutes. When I placed it back, first it was fine but after a few days it started spraying water from the corners. I thought I had placed it wrong so I opened and closed it again several times, but it was the same. So I will be requesting for a new part and hoping that it works and I do not have to take the whole thing apart.

Easy to install with special tools, Sprayer is good feature except plastic hose emits odour.
I purchased this Delta kitchen water faucet fro Home Depot because I heard about the brand name. The installation is quite easy with the special tools which I have.
The Integral Sprayer plastic hose emits a strong odour after using it each time. It still does after weeks.

This product was easy to install
I had no problem installing this product. For me the hardest part was connecting the sprayer line. It was best to connect the sprayer line while the faucet is in the install position but not installed. Also, because of my shutoff valves locations (even though they are side by side), it required a 20" and a 16" waterlines to install.

The product worked great for about 30days then developed a loud thumping sound. I have used many Delta products over the years and this makes me question my future choices.When you purchase a product for $140.00 you would expect it to last more than 1 month. #Disappointed customer

Excellent Basic Faucet with Spayer
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Put this in my son's house. Great basic faucet with sprayer. I like that the sprayer is included in the faucet holes so that it does not take up a spot that can be used for something else.

Defective Right Out of the Box
Spent a couple of hours installing this brand new faucet. Looks nice. However, when we turn it on there's a violent "thump" sound.
Turns out the diverter valve is defective and needs to be replaced. Seems to be a common issue with this faucet.
Customer service offered to send a replacement part, but now I'll have to take the unit apart to replace the valve. Frustrating and disappointing to say the least.

I just bought this brand the b3310lf. I would like to attach a waterpurifier to the spout. However, there are no grooves to wind up to tighten, its just a smooth surface. Is the spout detachable?

Thank you for your question. The Delta Foundations Kitchen B3310LF-SS faucet has an aerator that is 15/16"-27. If the filter system you are going to use matches this thread count, then it will work.

Thank you for your question. The sprayer assembly is only available with the hose assembly included. Please see the parts diagram linked below and check the back of the faucet base for a number as this will determine which version of the sprayer you need.

Thank you for your question. To remove the hose from the faucet, squeeze the tabs of the quick connect clip, press up, then pull down.

My faucet is not leaking but really lose where the faucet articulates with the deck. How can I fix this?

Thank you for your question. We would advise to make sure lock nuts are hand tighten, below the sink. You may also need to use silicone under the escutcheon gasket, when installing the Delta Foundations Kitchen B3310LF faucet.
