Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad product My home warranty company replaced my 5 year old Delta old faucet with this new faucet 4 months ago. It felt like it had issues from the beginning. Handle was coming off very often and it finally broke. It's cheaply made. I went to home depot and I can't find the replacement part.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Just bad all around I was so excited when I found this website. I'd been wanting a faucet like this for a long time. I bought it last month and my son was just able to swap my faucets out last weekend. First, this design is horrible. The aerator for the faucet falls off continuously no way to screw it on, it's supposed to snap in but won't stay put. The push button on top of the spout that you use to change the water flow doesn't work and when you try to switch it to spray, it sprayed every place. I called the customer service# on the website. The lady tells me she can send a new wand and aerator. I asked to swap it with a different design she says can't help with that but she'd email me instructions. For.....? Still no email from them. Very disappointed

Is there any way to purchase just the silicon cap for the flow control on top of the wand without having to purchase the whole wand assembly RP44477? The cap material sealing capability fails & water leaks & squirts out the wand top.
