Old broken faucet was better than this crappy one.
Such low water flow it is almost useless. Faster to go to bathroom to get a glass of water much less fill a tea pitcher. Need repair parts now and this stupid website does not list any part numbers so i can buy correct part. Time to shop a different brand.

Disappointed
I bought this faucet two years ago, for those two years i have probably used the spray function no more than 15 times because I just don’t like the water droplets going everywhere. Today i turned on the water and water started pouring out of the rubber press button pouring all over my countertop. I am extremely upset because this faucet cost a lot of money and should brake after only two years of gentle use. My husband did his best to wrap it so we will not have to go wash dishes in the restroom. I have written an email to customer service since it still in manufacturing warranty and i hope they will respond in a timely manner sending a head replacement .

Mesh hose kinked reducing water pressure
Mesh hose has a kink in the line under the mesh causing poor water pressure. Hoping this is an easy fix but seems others have similar issues. Maybe best to avoid this model.

My experience is I had my plumber install this and the hose is the worst no flow the rubber piece became stuck after day two. The back part constantly leaks all behind my sink all these black particles fall off from the ball of the hose area, worst faucet ever. should be discontinued.

Terrible design
I was so excited when I found this website. I'd been wanting a faucet like this for a long time. I bought a reconditioned unit last month off here and my son was just able to swap my faucets out last weekend. First, this design is horrible. The aerator for the faucet falls off continuously no way to screw it on, it's supposed to snap in but won't stay put. The push button on top of the spout that you use to change the water flow doesn't work and when you try to switch it to spray, it sprayed every place. I called the customer service# on the website. The lady tells me she can send a new wand and aerator. I asked to swap it for a different design she says can't help with that but she'd email me instructions. Instructions for.....? Still no email from customer care. Very disappointed

My plumber chose this model for my kitchen replacement. ( normally buy Moen) Have had to clean particles from screen filter repeatedly and now the rubber button to change from spray to full stream will not switch back, regret choosing this model that has been so problem prone so early in its life. How to find the replacement for wand handle ?

Horrible functional design
This faucet was installed by my builder in my new house. First one leaked everywhere. Plumber ordered a new one and replaced it. New one looks good and “works”, but it is nearly impossible to switch from stream to spray. Have to find just the right spot and you have to push so hard that I’m afraid the faucet is going to pull away from the mounting! When you pull the faucet out to spray the sink the hose kinks and stops water flow. To remedy this you must pull the hose way out. When you do this, the hose will not easily retract and has to be pushed by hand back into the wand mounting. This is a two handed job, so very messy. Delta should discontinue thus faucet. I would not recommend this faucet to anyone. I understand builder’s grade, but this doesn’t even measure up to that level.

TERMINAL PROBLEM!
Had this faucet installed by our plumber to replace another - like the look and function which was similar to what we had previously. Worked fine in all respects for about a year, until water appeared on the kitchen floor from failure of the mesh hose connected to the pull-out faucet. Replacement part can be ordered according to our plumber, but the wait involved without a functioning kitchen sink has led us to purchase what we had previously (for about ten years - a different brand) so we can get the new faucet delivered and installed ASAP. Would not purchase DELTA brand again after this experience!

I like Delta products. I have all Delta fixtures. This product for the kitchen sink and has given me trouble since I had it. I have had it a year and they have sent me 2 wands and I still have trouble with the spray and can't get the water to come out very fast. I probably end up going out and buy a different Delta faucet.

Looks better than it functions
Maybe I got a lemon, but had troubles from the start. The evening after the plumber installed this faucet I had a flood in my kitchen. I called the plumber back to repair, and he claimed there was a problem with the hose connections, so he replaced parts and billed me more. After a short period of use I noticed that the spray button would not stay on and you had to push very hard to try to get it back on. Most problematic was that the base plate kept loosening so much that the faucet would almost come undone and so I had to get the plumber back a third time to tighten it. He said the only way to keep it tight was to tighten it the point where the faucet now has to remain in a fixed position. I don’t have a dishwasher so I can tell you that trying to hand wash dishes without a fully functional faucet is a royal pain. I purchased Delta thinking It was a better value than cheaper options, but now that I’m looking to replace, I’m thinking I might just as well have saved the extra $$$.

Horrible Water pressure
From day one in our new house the water pressure from this faucet has been horrible. I have taken apart 3 times to ensure no debris. Problem seems to be in the wand, pressure from tube seems fine... I would not recommend this faucet if you want any pressure at all.

The faucet has started to leak. You have to really push the faucet down hard so it shuts off and then stand there to make sure it doesn't leak.

Looks perfect but functions terrible.
I picked this faucet for our new house because I wanted a low profile pull out sprayer faucet. It looks great, however, the overall pressure is terrible. Using the sprayer you can not even rinse the sink without using a dish rag to help do it. To turn the sprayer on or off you have to hit the button in just the right spot to get it to work. The sprayer is also too long to comfortably get around the sink without banging the sides. I would never recommend this faucet.

we bought this new home about 3 years ago. Kitchen faucet leaks so I went to Home Depot trying to find help and they sold me a Delta repair kit #RP3614-3

Do not recommend this faucet
I spent a lot of money for this faucet and installation. I'm sorry I bought this faucet. The thumb size soft spray or flow is a terrible design, have to find the right spot. The sprayer has no force, so just use the flow with a brush to clean the sink. When using the sprayer, it keeps "cutting out". I am just sick that I bought this faucet. Now I'm stuck with it. My plumber said to be sure to get a Delta faucet...well, not this one!

Poor design, multiple problems
We have used this faucet for almost 9 years and it's a bad design. The pull out mechanism has never worked well since day one and it is always a hassle trying to push it back after it has been pulled out The spray pattern change button never works with one attempt and always stops midway The entire base moves when trying to swivel the faucet, we couldn't correct this issue despite having a plumber attempt it, the pull out hose always gets stuck in there causing this problem

Excellent Warrinty
We brought a unit similar to this one about 10 years ago. Recently water comes out at the handle base when turned on . The finish has deteriorated at the faucet end. I talked with
Onya, Saturday morning December 29, 2018 , described my issues , she helped me text her pictures of my unit and she placed a replacement parts order under my lifetime warranty . Always purchase where there is a life time warranty . Thank you DELTA. I'm a life long fan.

liked all the features until 8 months later. contacted delta and was sent a replacment kit for thefaucet and two months later im having the same problem and more then one thing that started out with. if this a lifetime replacement on parts ..then why not send me a new replacment faucet since this is costing me to have installed.

Replaced twice and wand replaced once.
We are not happy with the Delta Foundation single handle pull out kitchen faucet. This is the second time this unit has been replaced and the sprayer wand has been replaced recently. We are both handicapped and have to installation done be a plumber. The unit was purchased new in 2/2013. Lot of cost involved with installation of a new unit under warranty.

is the spout metal or plastic
The spout is metal, solid and sturdy. The one we have is brushed silver color, and looks nice (doesn't water spot to speak of). The toggle area for the spray function is some sort of flexible rubbery material. We have had the faucet just under a year, and it still looks like new.

Model # B4310LF Two (2) Questions====
1) What does the letter "B" in model Number stand for?
2) I have a three (3) hole sink. Any reason why I could not install this model using the 1-hole method? Wouldn't the 8-inch escutcheon plate cover the water faucet holes spaced 4-inch apart?
Hi GT, Thank you for your questions. Delta Faucet model # B4310LF is our Core Basic entry level faucet. The model number for the Chrome Finish is B4310LF. Regarding your last question, the escutcheon plate can only be used with an 8" spread on the holes. It will not work if your holes are only 4" apart.

Which line is for the hot water? The long or the short hose?
