Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible faucet. This kitchen faucet is the worst we’ve ever had. We’ve had less expensive faucets that were so much better. Switching to spray is difficult. It has so little power when using spray. You can’t swivel the hose as it won’t work.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from I don't recall what kind of faucet it is. This faucet is a piece of junk. The handle is loose. The hose doesn't go back in all the way. It has low water pressure. I have it in my kitchen but I'm going to switch it out for a different one.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from B4310LF Faucet is less than a year old and is failing at the rubber gasket that switches between spray and pour. Hard to operate because of kinking hose and low flows.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible! The mechanism which switches between stream and spray is designed to fail. What makes it worse, my plumber installed it. Now I have to pay for a new faucet and incur a 2nd installation fee. This ain't rocket science, Delta. Or maybe it is.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works, looks nice. the only problem is the hose is not strong enough. Kinks to easy. Looks Great. The only problem is the hose kinks.

How do I get water to come out of faucet after changing cartridge? We have tried two new cartridges and when we turn water on it comes out in a very small stream.

Asked by: Max78
Hello Max78, Thank you for contacting us, I would be happy to help you. We do recommend flushing the valve; It will allow the removal of debris in the lines. Here are the steps for flushing you faucet. Please shut water supplies off before starting this process. You will need 1/8” allen wrench if you have lever handles, a Philips screwdriver if you have knob handles, needle nose pliers, a quarter, towel and bucket. 1. We are going to flush the diverter first; to do this we will need to remove the spout. Please unthread the spout bonnet counter clockwise and pull the spout straight up to remove. Inside you will see a black plastic piece. This is your diverter. 2. Please place your quarter in the slots on the diverter and take your needle nose pliers to twist it out counterclockwise. 3. Place the bucket behind the spout and around ONE of the handles. Please turn both water supplies on. Please flush this out for about 30 seconds to a minute. 4. Please remove your handle with the 1/8" allen wrench. 5. Please pull the handle off of the stem unit. 6. You will now see a bonnet nut, please remove with your wrench. 7. Please take note on how your stem units are installed in the valve. Please lift straight up to pull the stem units out. 8. If you look into the valve, you should see a seat and spring. Please pull these pieces out before we flush. 9. Please place the towel behind the back of the faucet then put the bucket over top of the towel. 10. Please have someone turn cold water supply on for about 30 seconds to a minute. After this, shut the cold water off and move the bucket and towel to the hot side, flush that out as well. 11. Remove the aerator and soak with a 50/50 solution of white vinegar and water for about 15 minutes, and make sure to rinse the aerator off with water when completed. Please contact back for any further questions. Best Regards, Nicole

Asked by: dtmann

I have a Delta Model:B4310LF. I unscrewed the faucet to untangle the hose underneath. I can't get it back on. Seams the coupling is stuck down into the main body of the faucet. Help.

Asked by: David60
Hello David60, Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model B4310LF-SS FOUNDATIONS® Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet. I apologize for any difficulty finding this information. We are happy to help! Yes, it can be difficult to thread the hose through the faucet hub. I recommend starting above the sink and threading the hose down into the faucet. Rotating the hub can help allow room for the hose and lightly pulling apart the copper shanks can also help. Rotating the hub and spreading the shanks can also help if the fitting is caught in the hub. Try to push the hose up and out of the faucet. It should be easier to get the hose fitting out of the top of the hub rather than out of the bottom of the hub. Please reach out at customerservice@deltafaucet.com or 1-800-345-DELTA if you have any questions or need additional assistance. Thank you for being a loyal Delta Faucet customer. Best regards, Bryan
