You will regret purchasing this!
It's cheap quality, made of plastic, and feels like a toy in your hand. I purchased this item from the "green store" and upon opening the box at home I immediately returned it to the store because I did not believe it would last more than one year before failing. This faucet should cost no more than $24.99 considering the poor quality..

Poor workmanship
I love the look - but the little red and blue plug feel out during installation. We put it back but sadly after less than a year it fell out and we didn't notice it so now the faucet has a whole. I might have given a better review if you could just buy the plug and replace it but navigating this web site is a joke.

Corrosion after six months use!
DIY install Jan 2023. After six months use faucet started to rust and corrode on the deck plate, bottom of riser stem and sprayer neck started turning hard. After 1 yrs time another DIY replacement was needed. Pictures show all corroded parts after removing the 1 yr old product. Issues may have been from a faulty cartridge even though we never saw evidence of external leaking. Sink & faucet surface were kept dry. Our well water is softened. Menards allowed a product return without issues using just our receipt and provided credit. We replaced the faucet with a higher quality design and brand.

My wife loves her new faucet!!
Our old kitchen faucet started leaking so my wife and I went shopping for a new faucet and picked out this one. I liked the fact that it was easy to install (took longer to remove old one than install new one). After using it a few times, I am happy my wife picked this one. Like the way it switched from stream to spray with just the touch of a button because it eliminated the need for a separate sprayer. The soap dispenser was put where the sprayer unit was for the old faucet we removed.

My wife loves the new faucet!!
Bought this on Mon 11/07/2022. Faucet was easy to install and my wife loves the way she can switch from stream (normal flow) to spray for rinsing.

what material is the pull-out hose...is it vinyl or spiral metallic chrome to match on the chrome model? Hose length is sorely lacking on many websites.... The length of the hose shows 59" in one spot...is that correct?

How do you get the set screw loose in the handle

Does the spray feature stay “on” when the faucet is turned off and back on again? Or does it default back to stream each time?
I like to use the spray feature exclusively when washing dishes, but like to only have the water running while actually rinsing so I turn the water off periodically. Will the spray feature stay on or will I have to push the button to get the spray back each time the water is turned off?

My current faucet has a base with 2 handles. Does this come with a base that has just 1 hole for the faucet? If not, can a base be hold separately?

Does the stainless version have magnetic docking as stated? I noticed the other two finishes do not list the magnetic docking.

What size water connections are on the hoses that come with this faucet?

The water supply hookups are not supplied for this model and you will need to determine which type of connection you will be making, for ball nose risers (3/8" O.D. copper tubing) with coupling nuts or 1/2" I.P.S faucet connectors. What is the shortest back to front sink dimension that this faucet will fit?

Thank you for your inquiry! The Delta Foundations Pull-Out Kitchen B4311LF-SSSD faucet measures 9-1/4" from the center of the faucet to the center of the aerator where the water comes out. Overall length is around 10" and please keep in mind that the wand is slightly angled forward for the spray flow.

This faucet is designed to have a maximum flow rate of 1.8 GPM at 60 psi with the included aerator. To troubleshoot a low flow rate, I recommend checking the flow with the aerator removed and cleaning the aerator if necessary.

Why does the soap dispenser continually stop working. You've replaced mine once already and now the 2nd one stops pumping soap. The tube isn't split it won't even pump water so it's not the soap.

Soap may accumulate and plug up the nozzle or pump over time.
The first step is to soak the head and pump in warm water. That will soften the build up and allow it to be cleared. After soaking, connect the head to the pump. Place the straw end into a cup of clean, warm water and activate the pump to rinse the components out. Reassemble the soap dispenser and test it out with soap as normal. I recommend rinsing the pump regularly.

How do I attach the wand assembly to the hose assembly? There is nothing on the hose to screw it onto. There are two coupling nuts included. Am I supposed to put the hose through the coupling nut? I tried and it doesn't fit.

Thank you for your question and we are happy to help! To install the wand assembly of the Delta FOUNDATIONS® Single Handle Pull-Out Kitchen Faucet With Soap Dispenser MODEL#: B4311LF-SSSD, you will pass the hose through the faucet, snap the clip to the hose and be sure the clip is
oriented as illustrated in the maintenance and installation sheet linked below. Attach hose by firmly pushing onto a faucet outlet (at the back of the valve) until it clicks.
Pull the hose assembly out of the spout and be sure to hold the end of the hose down into the sink. Turn the faucet handle to the full-on mixed position. Turn on hot and cold water supplies and flush water lines for one minute. Place gasket into hose nut. Thread the hose nut onto the wand assembly hand tight.

I have a low flow rate. My calculations show only 1.3 gpm, not the 1.8 gpm. I’ve checked all areas…the screen, hoses, water lines, all connections…shut off values… My bathroom Delta faucets have the 1.8 gpm flow. You definitely notice the difference.
