Defective faucet
When installing the faucet my handman showed me that the cold water hose was defective, he did this by blowing air through the hot water hose to show the difference. I'm not going to even bother trying to get a refund from Delta cause they 1 didn't email any kind of conformation of my purchase or a email with the tracking info. They're website is very janky also. I've learned my lesson to only buy from physical stores cause I feel like I could've easily took the defective faucet back and the store would of refunded me. So I'm out $86.00 to learn not to buy anything from the Delta website again.
P.s Delta can take the automatic response on how much they value me as a customer and show me by refunding my money, but they won't.
Pictures show Old Faucet, new faucet ( bought from Delta) and the replacement faucet my handman had to buy to replace the defective one I bought from Delta online.

Missing parts renewed with no attention to details
The hardware packages / bags had been opened.
The clip to hold the faucet hose to the oring connector was missing. This renders the faucet useless. Currently my kitchen sink has no running water. Ridiculous

Very good quality & easy to install
This Delta faucet is so amazing. Backed by a very good warranty of 10 years. Pull out spout is nice and long 59"! Love the runner touch clean spray holes that's easy to wipe clean. The coordinating dispenser filled in the spare hole and we connected it to the 5 gallon drum below sink for a massive supply of dish soap. Very easy to install. Will look beautiful in our new kitchen with it's brilliance finish.

My faucet and soap dispenser looks & feels new, never used. Being a refurbished unit I had my doubts but this looks exactly like you'd get new off the shelf. Good swivel rotation, wand, lever action works smoothly and soap pressed nicely. A+

Nice looking
I like this faucet, easy to install. Don’t go by the picture, it is not a gold color, it’s definitely brushed silver. The only con I have is that it dribbles a little after running, especially after I use the spray.

Smooth Operation
The design of the faucet differs from our previous one with having the pull out sprayer as part of the faucet itself. We had been used to a separate sprayer. The soap dispenser is a handy feature I had wanted. Our contractor friend had no difficulties installing the faucet but has his concerns about the mostly plastic & integrated sprayer. It is working fine and I find it very useful. I do like the overall design & features of the unit, everything is functioning smoothly. I hope it holds up as well as our other Delta products.

Beautiful design
To start with, I decided to update my kitchen and this one came perfectly on time to add a different touch to my sink. One of the features I love having now is the long hose that helps you clean different part in your sink. Most importantly this delta faucet comes with a soap dispenser, I don’t have to worry about buying different soap containers because I can get a big gallon of soap and added once empty. Overall I really recommend buying this delta faucet to give your sink a fancy look

I need to take the aerator out and clean it. Does it unscrew or does have to be pried out. Thx.

how to disasemble faucet from sink to check for leaks

Thank you for your question about the Delta Faucet model B4311LF-SSSD-R.
The handle is removed by loosening the set screw under the cover button on the handle. With the water supplies turned off, the cap is unscrewed counterclockwise and the parts can then be removed from the valve. See the faucet manual for recommended maintenance.

There is a black piece of plastic that 2 screws go through to keep faucet tight to the counter. I can’t get it off.

I found this in both chrome and stainless but why is the stainless $30 more? Most of the other items the stainless is like $10-$15 different why is this one so much more

Stainless steel is more durable and long-lasting than chrome, but chrome is cheaper. It is easier to clean stainless steel because it can handle chemical cleaners, but chrome is sensitive.
