Delta faucet thumps when turning on
I am very depressed with my new Delta Faucet. Every time I turn it on it makes a thumping noice which I am pretty sure is coming from the diverter valve between the sprayer and the faucet handle. I am very disappointed and I have always bought Delta because of the good quality. This one is not of the same quality in my opinion.

Q&A
How long is the side sprayer hose?
How long is the side sprayer hose? I want to compare it with the one I currently have before I decide to buy this faucet.
I measured my faucet just now. From the sink to the tip of the sprayer is 40 inches.

Is a Stainless Steel replacement handle available?
I have a B4410LF-SS Kitchen Faucet. I need to replace the handle but the only replacement part I can find (RP44476) appears to only available in Chrome finish.
Can I get RP44476 in Stainless Steel finish?
Hi PaulaG,
Thank you for your question! The RP44476 handle is no longer available to order in the Stainless Steel finish. However, RP28898SS is a very similar handle that will work with your faucet.

Since the copper supply lines spin, I am having trouble tightening the bolt to the supply line. What can I do?
A picture would be helpful, but I will try to answer your question based on what I think you are trying to do. Twisting/spinning the copper supply lines is going to result in damage to your pipes and a leak.
You need two crescent, or two open end wrenches, one to hold the copper pipe from twisting, and a second to tighten the supply line hose. Don't make it too tight or too loose. I would guess about 10 foot lbs. I would use some teflon tape or Rectorseal Tplus2 on the threaded connections to ensure a watertight fit, which you can get at your local hardware store.

is there a delta adapter to accomodate whirlpool portable dishwasher?
I have a W10254672 Whirlpool Washer Adapter but it will not work, as it is too short for coupling.
Dear Russell,
Thank you for your question. I am sorry to hear that you are having a problem attaching your portable dishwasher to your Delta faucet. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture an adapter that would assist you in attaching your portable dishwasher to your Delta faucet. I am also unable to tell you who may manufacture the adapters.
Best Regards,
Tanya

Can I install a B4410LF on two holes?
I bought this faucet thinking it will allow me to install it on a two hole counter-top I have.
Is there any way I can remove the cover plate so I can use one hole for the faucet itself and the other for the spray?
Hi Alan,
Thank you for your question! Unfortunately, this model is only designed to fit 4 hole installations. The escutcheon plate cannot be removed.
Thanks,
Jon

I's like to purchase this (B4410LF-SS) Delta Single Handle Kitchen Faucet. Want to know if when the aerator is removed are there threads inside the faucet so that I can attach my PUR Maxion water filter. Thank your for your help.
Thank you for your question, JJ1234! The Delta B4410LF can be used with a water filter. The aerator has a 15/16"-27 thread size. We recommend checking with the manufacturer of the water filter to see if this will fit or if there is an adapter that will work with the faucet.
Best regards, Edward

What cartridge is used in Delta Kitchen Faucet Model B4410LF-SS?
Hi, Annie!
Thank you for your question. The Delta B4410LF-SS Faucet does not use a valve cartridge assembly. This faucet uses the RP77763 Repair Kit. Here is a link to the kit:
