Rated 3 out of 5 by from Basic faucet There is a pressure issue when you turn it on hot or cold. Never experienced that before this is my first purchase of a Delta faucet.
Date published: 2026-03-01
Rated 2 out of 5 by from Totally disappointed. Delta must have discontinued their quality control system. This faucet was easy to install with one exception: the spray unit is not threaded enough to tighten on my SS sink. Now I have a sloppy and wiggly base for the sprayer. The handle of the unit is crooked and tilts to one side. The red and blue plug that shows where hot and cold are is now almost completely red. The blue has worn off and I only use water and a soft sponge to clean the faucet. I can't express how disappointed I am with this Delta faucet. As a retired building contractor, I have installed dozens of faucets in my career and have never seen such sloppy workmanship.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Easy installation but Easy installation but after the install I turn the faucet on and it pops hot or cold. My other faucets never did that. I’m not adding a bladder above my tank.

Q&A

How to remove connector on spray hose assembly

Everything went fine on the change out of my new faucet until I connected the spray hose, as I forgot to put the locknut on before connecting. I need to take the connector off to add the locknut so I can tighten, but I don't want to damage it and wanted to check with you on what I should do to get the connector off. Please advise the best method to disconnect. Speedy response appreciated. Thanks, Anne
Asked by: Anne
Hi Anne, Thank you for your question. To remove the spray hose from your model B4410LF-SS faucet you will need to press in on the textured portion on the tabs on 2 sides of the white block connector. Once you have applied pressure, push up slightly and then pull the hose down off the fittting. Thanks, Dave

Why did the hot water pressure drop as soon as I installed this faucet?

Does it have some kind of water saving feature that is impeding the water flow?
Asked by: Larry
Thank you for your question, Larry. I am sorry to hear you are experiencing a problem with your faucet. It sounds like the water pressure drop could be caused by a debris in the supply lines or faucet. During installation it is always key to flush the faucet and supply lines to prevent debris from becoming lodged in the faucet. On this post I have attached a link of a how-to-video that will explain how to flush the lines. Learn how to flush the lines of your kitchen faucet. This video is generalized for faucets and showers. Your specific faucet may not be covered or featured and could be different. If you have any questions please call 1.800.345.DELTA our team will be happy to walk you through this process and provide any assistance you may need to resolve the issue.

I like this unit but do NOT have a hole for the sprayer, and do not want to use it. Can I install this exact unit but NOT connect up the hose for the sprayer? Is there a valve in the line that allows the unit to work WITHOUT the spray hose connected?

Asked by: BostonDean
Hello BostonDean, Thank you for your question. The Delta Foundations Kitchen B4410LF-SS faucet can be used without the sprayer, if you get a plug for the spray connection nipple. We recommend part number RP60295. Best regards, Tanya

The 4th hole on my sink is occupied by the dishwasher vent. Can I replace the escutcheon plate to convert it to the B3310LF-SS model? If so, where can I find that plate?

Asked by: Megan
Hi, Megan! Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, there is not a way to convert the Delta B4410LF-SS Faucet to the Delta B3310LF-SS as the escutcheon plates are non-removable for both faucets. Best Regards, Rosanna

on delta diamond kitchen fauset (single handel w/sprayer) the sprayer starts then machine guns and quits why?

Asked by: Dave
Hi, Dave! Thank you for your question. The diverter assembly may need to be replaced. The diverter is RP44124. Here is a link to the part on our website: https://www.deltafaucet.com/parts-product-detail?modelNumber=RP44124 You can also try flushing the valve without the diverter and aerator installed. To do this, turn the water off at the shut off valve. Remove handle to get to the diverter and remove. Keep rest of the parts installed. Reinstall the cap and handle. Remove the aerator. Turn the water on at the shut off valve. Flush the water without the aerator and diverter installed for 30-45 seconds. Turn water off at faucet and and shut off valve. Reinstall diverter and aerator. If this does not fix the issue, do replace the diverter assembly. Best Regards, Rosanna

How do you remove the handle?

Asked by: Jogger
Hi, Jogger! Thank you for your question. The handle assembly on the B4410LF Faucet can be removed by first popping the red/blue button out by using something small and flat. Once removed, the set screw can then be unscrewed with a 1/8" Allen Wrench. The handle can then be removed. Best Regards, Rosanna

I have installed this faucet and am satisfied with its performance and appearance; however, I find the side sprayer hose to be a bit too short. Does Delta sell a longer replacement hose for this faucet, or an extension hose of any sort that has the applicable fittings? Thank you in advance.

how do you connect the sprayer?

Asked by: Jeff
Thank you for your question, Jeff! The sprayer found on model B4410LF can be connected using either a threaded connection for some models or the block and o ring connector. First align the tabs with the tabs on the quick connects. Push the quick connects firmly upward and then snap them onto the receiving tube tabs. Pull down moderately to ensure each connection has been made. https://media.deltafaucet.com/MandI/86603%20Rev%20B.pdf https://media.deltafaucet.com/PartsDiagram/DPD-K-B1310LF%20Rev%20B.pdf Best regards, Edward

Does model #B4410LF take a PUR filter? Now that it's installed, I'm not able to get the filter attached. There seems to be no threads on the faucet and I'm not sure what to do. Thanks!

Asked by: AmyLynn
Hi, AmyLynn! Thank you for your question. The Delta B4410LF can be used with a water filter. The aerator has a 15/16"-27 thread size. If your water filter is not fitting, we recommend to check with the manufacturer of the water filter to see if there is an adapter that will work with the faucet. Best Regards, Rosanna

Are the supply lines supposed to spin?

Why was the faucet designed this way? What other models have this same design??
Asked by: Lance Bogen
Hi Lance, Thank you for your question. Depending on the supplier code some of the model B4410LF faucets will have supply lines that spin. The connection is made with o-rings and a clip system. The spinning lines will not unthread. The models with this design are the B1310LF-30, B3310LF-30, B4410LF-30 Series faucets. Thanks, Dave

How do you get the spray handle to hook up

Asked by: Matt
Hi Matt, Thanks so much for contacting Delta Faucet Company! The RP44125 spray will connect to the faucet by simply threading it on. The RP54807 sprayer requires installation of the RP60121 block and o-rings. With the block installed on the end valve you will then press the end of the sprayer hose up until it connects. Then give it a tug to ensure it is connected securely. Please reach out with further questions! Best Regards, Tim Digital Communications Specialist
