The solenoid assembly enables your Delta Touch2O® widespread, pull-down kitchen faucet. It senses your touch and shows the water temperature. Consider replacing this part if you notice either of these two issues: The faucet keeps dripping until you move the handle to OFF, even after you’ve flushed the system. Or Touch activation works only sometimes, and you’ve already ruled out other causes (improper installation, metal shank touching the sink, loose wires, battery pack in the wrong spot, or tapping the faucet incorrectly).

I installed a 4380T-SS-DST faucet in 2012. The solenoid part is 71070 REV B. Will EP74854 replace this part? Does the part come with instructions for this type of replacement?

Will this work on a Touch20 faucet? I've replaced my under warranty once, but it stopped working again (I've been using it since 2017 so 6 years and 2 solenoids).
