The Delta® Glass Rinser thoroughly rinses residue in seconds, with high-pressure water jets that reach where you can’t. From baby bottles to wine glasses to travel cups, it conveniently rinses virtually any drinkware, so you can spend less time soaking and scrubbing. Its sleek, low-profile design coordinates with any faucet and it can be easily installed in an empty countertop hole, such as those used for soap dispensers and sink sprayers. I gave it 4 stars because the lid that comes with it is poor quality. The edges dry up and do not shine like the rest of the lid. You cannot get a spotless look even if you wipe it down.

I purchased this item, GR250-AR. I received it yesterday Mar 24,2024. I’m missing the steel support washer item #4 in the installation instructions. I tried calling for customer service  but was Number 94 in the Que. I don’t have a whole day to set aside

If I do not have an existing hole in my quartz, am I just "out of luck" or can an installer drill one in order to accommodate the installation of this product?

Can you add soap to the delta GR250 AR metal glass rinser to clean glasses? If so where/how?

My glass rinser overflows at the back and sides when I use it. Also, the cover doesn't sit all the way closed. It just rests on the actuator.
