I gave it 4 stars because the lid that comes with it is poor quality. The edges dry up and do not shine like the rest of the lid. You cannot get a spotless look even if you wipe it down.

What are the full dimensions of the spacer on the bottom (Dia., Thickness) and is it angled to create a pitch so water drains off?

The rinser is designed to drain the water if the optional spacer is used or not used. The spacer adds 1/4" of height for sinks with a raised ledge. The diameter of the spacer is 2 3/8". My rinser is slowly dripping when not in use. Pulling up on the actuator stops it. But then it starts again the next time I use it. What should I do?

There should be at least 4" between the sink and the backsplash. The installation hole should be no more than 2 1/4" from the sink. My glass rinser overflows at the back and sides when I use it. Also, the cover doesn't sit all the way closed. It just rests on the actuator.
