Rated 1 out of 5 by from Manufacturing defect with bottle See pictures. Old bottle and pump on left, new bottle and pump on the right. Notice how the new pump does not go down into the bottle. Why? The new bottle has a ridge on the inside which prevents the it from going down far enough. This is an exact replacement for a 25 year old version of the same pump assembly. The old bottle does not have the ridge on the inside, the new bottle has a ridge on the inside of the bottle which prevents proper installation/functioning of the unit. Purchased this through an authorized retailer and it was delivered in a sealed Delta box.

I have small hands, and when I put my hand underneath it to push down, the soap completely missed my hand and went straight into the sink. I got this one because it looked like it had the shortest dispenser arm, but no. Still too long. Had to return.

I have the soap dispenser but the bottle has come detached from the unit and spilled all over the bottom of my cupboard.  I cannot figure out a way to reconnect it where it holds.  Any suggestions?

I am looking for the pump mechanism for my Delta RP1001-RP soap dispenser. Mine squirts a small amount of soap but have to pump 15 times to get enough to wash my dishes. Is my problem the pump mechanism or the pump head itself

My Signature soap dispenser is difficult to pump. It gets stuck at the top and makes noise when I am able to move the pump.

We moved into our new home in late 2018. The soap pump seems to have more trouble pumping out soap recently. Is there a recommended way to clean/"unclog" the pump? I've tried running warm water through it.

Can this be filled from counter top without removing the actual container of the soap? How much soap does it hold?
