Great soap dispenser
This is a great soap dispenser. I replaced my old one when I had to replace the old faucet. This dispenser is low profile, sleek, simple and very attractive. It works well too and it even comes with a funnel for refilling the soap container.

Doesn't Work
My plumber installed this to replace mu original one, exactly the same model. It worked fine but since I was having a new kitchen faucet installed after many years of service . Well the new soap dispenser doesn't work. Must push very hard to get soap out.

Manufacturing defect with bottle
See pictures.
Old bottle and pump on left, new bottle and pump on the right.
Notice how the new pump does not go down into the bottle. Why? The new bottle has a ridge on the inside which prevents the it from going down far enough.
This is an exact replacement for a 25 year old version of the same pump assembly. The old bottle does not have the ridge on the inside, the new bottle has a ridge on the inside of the bottle which prevents proper installation/functioning of the unit.
Purchased this through an authorized retailer and it was delivered in a sealed Delta box.

Rusted and fell apart after 2 years of normal use
It seems like this should of lasted longer than 2 and a half years. But as you can see in the photo, it rusted and fell apart. Poor quality.

Too big for my hand
This soap dispenser looks nice, but it was too big for my hand. I have small hands, and when I put my hand underneath it to push down, the soap completely missed my hand and went straight into the sink. I got this one because it looked like it had the shortest dispenser arm, but no. Still too long. Had to return.

Hello Which faucet is pictured with the Venetian bronze dispenser here? I’m not able to find that one on the website.

we built our house about 10 years ago and have this soap dispenser in stainless. the soap dispenser is not popping back up consistently and doesn't dispense very much soap when it does. in fact, it mostly doesn't pop back up. is there any way to fix it

Often, the issue is a build-up of dried soap over time. We recommend soaking the pump and head in hot water to dissolve any dried soap. Please reach out directly if you have any questions or need additional assistance.

what is the needed hole cut out size and suggested positioning?
