Rated 2 out of 5 by from PUMP PUMP PUMP PUMP If you are trying to replace the pump, please read. The correct pump assembly is #RP83779. It is not sold online. It is only available through warranty. That is, you have to call Delta, explain too them (have info on date and place of purchase handy), and they will ship it to you - we'll see, I just got off the phone with Delta. Thank you Salros (comment from early 2026) for calling out the part number. Do not purchase the assembly Delta and others sell online - RP21908 - it will not fit. Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Soap Dispenser I've had several soap dispensers over the years , less expensive ones from Home Depot to expensive ones. This is the worst, it's so wobbly, I told the contractor it must be installed incorrectly or is missing a part. I purposely bought the more expensive one to match our Delta Trinsic faucet and am totally disappointed. How did they every let this issue get past quality control?

It had been working fine until about 6 months ago when the pump started to stick a little and was slow to come back up after pumping. Today, it stopped pumping altogether. Super disappointed that we spent $150+ on this

The top is designed to come off easily to put soap in it. i have never had a issue of wobbling but it is designed for you to touch the top directly as you push down Regarding soap we water down the soap as it will wear out the pump mechanism trying too hard to dispense todays thick liquid soap. Additionally I ordered several replacement pumps RP83779.Soap Pump Mechanism This may or may not still be the part number so check with Delta. Going on 10 years still very happy. Also I use Signature Multi Surface Cleaning Polish (online purchase) . It is very mild and is recommended and sent along with any stainless purchase from Wolf or Sub Zero (sample size). Amazing Stuff.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from What the heck is wrong with this? Just purchases from HD so that it would match kitchen faucet. It seems like it would need an extra washer to hold this in place. I purchased an off brand before that worked just fine and matched the Artic finish, but it only held up for about a year. Not sure if Delta can send me a part to stabalize this.

Is there a way to screw this onto a standard pump bottle that is not permanently installed in the countertop?

Hi, i need only the bottle that hold the soap, but in a small size. Are these available?

My soap dispenser was installed today and the plumber threw away the directions. I thought I could just fill and use, but it is not working. Also the spout does not feel secure. Please help.

Is there any way to stop the dispenser from spinning, or at least slow the spinning down?

Is the dispenser supposed to fit loosely and swing around 360°? I just received mine and it is VERY loose and doesn't stay on completely.

I have a Delta Soap Dispenser RP100734AR Trinsic and it is Broken and leaks soap all over my quartz countertop.  When you lift the top to reload with soap unfortunately the tubing stays in the hole. I have only been in my new home for 7 months now!!!

after pushing down on the plunger to dispense soap the plunger does not return up for additional soap. The plunger stays in the down position. I have tried washing the unit but it does not help. Any recommendations?

We have Trinsic #RP100734BL.There is not enough room to attach the soap bottle because of a metal brace on our Kohler sink. Is there another bottle that would work with a neck? part #RP21904 looks like it might work. Is the threading the same?

I have an RP100734AR soap dispenser. The top does not seem to fit snugly on the base but rather seems to just rest on top of it. Is there a way to adjust either the cap or the base so that the top cap will fit more securely?

My soap dispenser has fallen apart into the bottle and now will not pump soap no matter how we try to configure. Is there any help to fix?  None of the photos show the actual parts and how they go together. Have only had our faucet for around 6 -8 months
