Great product
This soap dispenser looks and performs great. Sometimes I just want a tiny bit of soap to wash out a protein shaker, and I'm able to barely push it down to get a little bit. Happy with how well it matches our new faucet too. We got matte black in both and love the look!

Broken after 7 months
This wobbled from day 1 but it matched our faucet so we kept it. At 7 months, the rubber seal has completely disappeared inside the top and it no longer pumps.

Great matte black neutral soap dispenser!
Love this product. Looks as pictured and works really well! Neutral looking and matches my other matte black fixtures beautifully! Fixture is meant to pull out easily but feels sturdy/quality!

Looks good, but feels cheap and wobbly!!!
Similar review to other, looks good but when you try to use it feels wobbly like there is a part missing (i.e. gasket or spacer) or the parts don't belong together. As an engineer, I'm amazed that this product got through a functional design review. I plan to return it.

Delta RP100734 Trinsic Deck Mounted
Matches the Delta faucet perfectly. My sink has a lip. So, soap tends to land on the lip instead of in the basin. So, keep that in mind during installation.

Looks great, but the loose wobble is a thing.
We installed this soap dispenser for a client. Easy to install, solid parts, and easy to fill with the desired soap or lotion. Sure looks nice and matches the Delta faucet the client picked out.
The spinning feature wasn't so much of an issue as the amount of play in the side to side motion of the pump when in use. Feels like there should be some kind of gasket which would provide a more solid feel, and seat the pump for stability. It wouldn't restrict the ability to position the dispenser arm, but sure would make the customer feel like they are using a solid product.

Spins like a top
I bought this dispenser to match the Trinsic faucet we purchased at the recommendation of Ferguson Bath, Kitchen and Lighting Gallery in Cherry Hill, NJ. I didn't see the horrible reviews until after my contractor installed the dispenser and I discovered that it spins like a top. Delta should be embarrassed to have such a terribly constructed unit in its product line, especially given the number of complaints.

Matches perfectly
The finish matches my gold luxe brizo faucet perfectly. I haven't used it yet but it looks good and I was able to save a few dollars going with a Delta soap dispenser (the same company as Brizo). Also feels solid.

Good aesthetics, function lacking
I bought this to match our Trinsic kitchen faucet. 3 years ago, it was not available so I bought a different soap dispenser but the finish never completely matched. When I saw this, I was excited to get it to match. As other reviewers have noted, the top piece fits too loosely in the bottom. It spins too easily and wobbles. Our previous dispenser was designed much better so that it fits snuggly which allows for rotation but not the wobble/spin freely like this one. I was able to apply some electrical tape to allow a snugger fit so I will keep it. But, this really should be addressed by the design/manufacture team.
