Rated 1 out of 5 by from Wobbly - Very Disappointed! RP100735CZ looks beautiful but is terribly wobbly. When I try to use it, it wobbles and easily rotates to the right or the left which makes it very difficult to dispense soup out of. There is no way to tighten it. I am VERY disappointed with the performance of this product. Would NEVER recommend it. My previous, 18 year old, soap dispenser was far more functional!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Delta Cassidy Soap dispenser we bought 2 of these Delta Cassidy soap dispensers along with the Delta Cassidy chrome kitchen faucet model 4197-DST and it looks amazing! I would not recommend it to a friend as I want to be the only one with this amazing faucet and dispensers.

RP10035 dispenser assembly- the base that sets on the counter surface has a neck which appears to have an "o" ring at its end. My purchase came with a clear plastic "split" ring. I assume this is to reduce any wobble when depressing pump. Is this correct?

Some suppliers sell a "metalized plastic" Cassidy soap dispenser. Is this one metal above the sink deck? Also, will I need additional parts for it if I don't have an existing dispenser? Thank you.

Where can I get a replacement gasket?

How do you refill the bottle?
