Rated 3 out of 5 by from Replaced our automatic dispenser with this model After (3) free replacements for bad automatic dispensers Delta made the decision to stop manufacturing the automatic one and offered to replace it with this Manuel one. Is’s obviously much simpler...the one we received from Delta came with no instruction sheet and we are not sure if we received all of the parts since the spout spins on the tube like a child’s top. Seems to me it should fit more snugly? Anyway we are at least satisfied that Delta stood behind their products.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Looks Great - One Pump is Enough I like this product and it looks as I had expected. It works well too. The only downside is you can't do multiple pumps at once. You can do one and then wait for it to rise to do another. However, as time as gone on I have found that the one pump does extract enough liquid soap and think we just had a habit of doing multiple pumps in all others prior because they did not release enough with just one. Thank you.

This states it does not come with a soap bottle. Is that correct and if so is there a separate part I would need?

We bought this about 2 years ago and the bottlle broke at the neck with about an inch left in the dispenser. Do you have replacement bottles - part number RP-78490 from the original specs.

Our soap dispenser shoots soap down the wall of the sink below, the spout is too short to hit the body of the sink itself with soap, which we want to do for dishwashing Is there a different product with a longer spout we could replace this one with?

We recommend using the Delta Faucet part RP101188 Metal Soap Dispenser in place of the Delta Faucet part RP100736 Metal Soap Dispenser as it is 3/4" longer and will allow for an extended reach.
