Looking Instruction manual for Delta Essa soap dispenser

Does this have the problem of spinning like the Trinsic does in the reviews? I am replacing my touchless Trinsic.

We bought this about 2 years ago and the bottlle broke at the neck with about an inch left in the dispenser. Do you have replacement bottles - part number RP-78490 from the original specs.

Is the top of the dispenser supposed to be loose? Ours just sits on top and wobbles around. Definitely doesn't seem worth the price we paid.

Reviews for the Trinsic the manual soap pump complain about it spinning. An alternate one that I feel may match is the Essa but there are only 2 reviews. Does the Essa also have a problem with spinning? I am replacing my nonfunctioning touchfree Trinsic.

Our soap dispenser shoots soap down the wall of the sink below, the spout is too short to hit the body of the sink itself with soap, which we want to do for dishwashing Is there a different product with a longer spout we could replace this one with?

I just received this product (no instructions provided?!?) & put the second gasket on the underneath side of the granite counter-top as there was already one attached under the top side. Should I remove and put the second gasket underneath the counter?
