Great soap dispenser
Love these soap dispensers. Bought 2 because we like one on each side of faucet , one for hand soap and one for dish soap.

Push-Down Pump handle wobbles - seems weak!!
The push-down pump wobbles like it's going to break and appears to only be secured by a nylon attachment. I'm sure we will be asking for a replacement of the pump handle (hopefully at no cost) in the future. Not a good design in my opinion. Otherwise how the soap bottle attaches to the pump (screw-on) is great. Also, very beautiful design and goes together easily.

Disappointing
Soap dispenser does not "lock" in so when pushed to release soap you need to be careful as it will spin. I am looking into making an exchange, if I can get a live person to discuss this with.

A Five for Style but Zero for Performance
I’ve remodeled my kitchen and my electrician and plumber were both dumbfounded by this soap dispenser. We all thought a part was missing as the top pump device wobbles like crazy. I’m afraid it’ll just snap off during use. Unfortunately I ordered it 2 months ago for my remodel and the box somewhere is in the dumpster…which is where this soap dispenser should be. A shame because it matches my contemporary faucet perfectly but I cannot recommend this product.

Poor fit between pump head and base
The soap dispenser looks great and works, but the fit between the pump head and base is so wobbly, it feels like it’s broken when pressed down. Delta says that is normal. Very disappointed in the fit quality. My old dispenser which was 1/4 the price felt much more sturdy when pressed.

Good Solid Dispenser
Purchased for my home. The previous owners put the faucet in the wrong spot so we moved it over 6 inches, but then were left with hole. The soap dispenser fill the spot perfectly and allows me to have a counter with less clutter. Very satisifed with it.

A little flimsy. Make sure to push directly over where the dispenser enters the water reservoir (vs the end where the soap comes out) and it works fine. Easy install.

Doesn't Work
The dispenser itself looks great, but right now it's just a showpiece on my counter because it doesn't work. It pumps fine (very smooth), it just doesn't put out any soap, which kinda defeats the purpose. I would return it for a refund/exchange, but the contractor who put it in tossed the packaging after the install. I guess I could always clean the soap out of the holder, add some water, and use it for a built-in flower vase :/

The plastic threaded tube of my RP100736RB, where the soap bottle screws in, has cracked. Where can I get a replacement part?

Does this have the problem of spinning like the Trinsic does in the reviews? I am replacing my touchless Trinsic.

We bought this about 2 years ago and the bottlle broke at the neck with about an inch left in the dispenser. Do you have replacement bottles - part number RP-78490 from the original specs.

Is the top of the dispenser supposed to be loose? Ours just sits on top and wobbles around. Definitely doesn't seem worth the price we paid.
