On Touch-Clean^® Shower Heads, we recommend you wipe the face of the shower head spray holes to loosen and break away deposits.

For more difficult deposits on non-Touch-Clean^® shower heads, we recommend soaking the item in a 50/50 mixture of white vinegar and water. This solution will help remove any deposits while not harming the finish. To make the task more efficient, you may want to check on the item periodically and use a tooth brush to help break up any remaining deposits.
