Only reason not five stars: even though I wrapped the shower arm pipe in a towel when I installed it, it still got scratched up a bit when I used a pipe wrench for part of the installation. Perhaps my user error?

Does Delta make a shower arm that is longer than 16"?

Hi. I’m mounting the T14253 faucet from the ceiling. Which shower arm do I need - the U4999 or RP61058?  I thought I read somewhere that - in addition to difference in length (9 inches vs 6) - the flanges were different (2.5 vs 2.75). Thanks!

Thank you for your question, Liza! The difference in the size of flanges used on these models is correct with model U4999 flange diameter measuring 2 5/16"(58 mm) whereas the flange for model RP61058 has a 2 1/2" diameter. Best regards, Edward

do you make this part in a short legnth?

shower arm that came with it is listed as 7 inches.. I need a smaller one....

Thank you for your question. We do offer shorter shower arms for smaller showers. Delta Faucet model # RP6023 is 5 1/2" long and is just the shower arm. Delta Faucet model # U4996-PK is 6" long and includes the shower arm and the shower flange.
