Will this RP46074 replace the one I have with the grey disc on top?
As I understand it, the RP46074 cartridge was/is constructed two different ways: 1) has a green round disc on top with a protruded grey (trianglish) stop for the temperature limit; 2) has this white round disk that can be dialed for the temperature limit.
I have a Series 13 (with the grey disc on top) that needs a new cartridge. [I use it in an outdoor shower and we had a surprise early two day freeze!] This is the part number in the manual that came with the shower...it just looks different.
Will this cartridge replace the one I have just the top will work differently? Thank you....
Thank you for your question! This is the correct replacement cartridge for your shower. The Rotational Limit Stop has been redesigned.

Can the water pressure be adjusted?
Thank you for your question. There is no pressure adjustment on the valve cartridge. If you are experiencing low flow, we recommend to flush the valve to make sure there is no debris in the valve that is causing an issue. If after you flush and there is still low flow, we recommend to replace the valve cartridge assembly.

Temperature Control - water never gets hot, just barely warm
We installed two of these units in two separate showers....neither of the units allows the water to get as hot as we want it......is there an adjustment somewhere?
Thank you for your question. If you are not getting hot enough water from your 13/14 Series shower units, you would need to adjust the rotational limit stop on the top of your RP46074 cartridge. Please view the "How To Video" for adjusting your limit stop, in the below link.

I need the best temperature regulating cartridge for a shower
I installed the Delta MultiChoice Universal Rough In valve R10000-UNBX during the rough-in of our bathroom and need to purchase a cartridge that will keep temperature as steady as possible. It is a single family dwelling without big pressure swings.
Which cartridge should I use to balance cost vs function?
Thank you for your question. The valve cartridge comes with the new trim kit that you pick. This cartridge, RP46074, comes with our T14 series trim. This valve cartridge is pressure balanced.

How to determine the correct cartridge for the valve body
I'm shopping for shower valve, but none of them states which cartridge series will fit in the specification. Is there a search feature somewhere that I can input the valve model number and have it tell me the suitable cartridge?
Thank you for your question. The Delta MultiChoice Universal Rough In valve R10000-UNBX is the valve assembly for all of our Delta Shower and Bath tub/Shower Trim kits. The Delta Trim Kits come with their cartridge assembly to go in the valve.

Replacement of Delta classic shower glass knob
Is there a different single control handle or lever available to replace the classic glass single control knob, without taking the valve out?
Thank you for your question. If you have a 14 or 1400 series unit, the clear knob handle can be replaced with any H7_ handle assembly.
