I have a delta 75704 that when I turn the shower off it keeps dripping

I HAVE A 57014-SS SHOWER SPRAYER AND IT WAS MISSING A RUBBER WASHER ON ONE OF THE HOSE CONNECTIONS. ARE THESE THE REPLACEMETNS

Hi, I have a shower head that is leaking / spraying at the connection from the handled and the hose attachment. Are these compatible with the model "jacuzzi A112.18.1M". I am unable to find that model anymore, bought it at least 4 years ago.
